  Dark ages cant change name except by mail or fax. Same company different card was able to change my name without a problem. They really dont care about losing a customer and me not paying the outrageous APR on time every month. They were more than happy to cancel the account without proof of identity but wouldnt change my name without me mailing or faxing in my ID. Make that make sense.

  Originally had a loan through redbrick and it was transferred to concord. We had a little over 40 payments left a few months ago. Recently looked at our payments left and they have gone from about 40 to 64. I feel like we are being taken advantage of on our payments and having to pay almost double what our original loan was. Currently waiting to hear back as I cannot see any information on my account when I click on satements. Statements don't show what I have paid, etc, only shows date that I paid.

  I started having billing issues in June 2023. The company stated they never received a payment from me. I had to contact my bank and ask for documentation showing proof of payment, this was a hassle because they told me they never received the documentation. After emailing and faxing information and requesting an audit be done to find out where the money is going, I never received any response. However in January of 2024 I started getting penalized a late fee and the account is 60 days past due. This account has been reported to all 3 credit bureaus showing I'm late on payments but I've made all payments in a timely manner. The representatives that I've spoken to are inadequate they can not provide me information they can not see where the payments are being posted to. All payments were addressed to concord and then they told me to address payments to WF HIL 2017 - Grantor Trust with the same mailing address. Their statements are inaccurate there documentation is questionable. I have one last payment and I'm done dealing with Concord. There is something very wrong with this company and the way they deal with customers and some people probably had no choice in dealing with them because there loan was probably sold to them.

  I totally agree with the reviews, I too had an issue with Concord Services, they claimed they never received one of my payments and when I ask them if that payment could be put at the end of the loan they said it couldnt when I knew it could and every time I asked could I speak the the office manager theyre excuse was the person was always in a meeting, or gone to lunch they would never let me talk to anyone not until I reported them to the BBB then I received a call from them an then they acted like they were so willing to help, now my loan is just about to be paid off and if they come saying that I still owe them, I will take action because every review Ive read is not good and I agree with you all, they should not be in business and to keep harassing customers, it shows they dont care, about there customers because if they did, they would be calling and talking to there customers to try and help them and work things out to make their customers feel appreciated, I would never treat my customers like this company ******************************************** has treated all of us.

  ZERO STARS!!! This company rips you off! I make my payment to them and it says my next payment is due 05/2025.My payment is $130 but I make payments of $400 or $500 dollars to try and pay it off. They put it toward interest and not principle. They will not answer their phone, all you get is music. I have even had my banker call them to find out how to do a payoff cause it won't let you do it online and they won't answer his call.

  Tried contacting this company via phone . My husband requested a statement and the rep said they would email that. We received nothing, so I emailed to request documentation/statement/payoff amount and it has been 10 days with still no response.

  This company is on my credit report and shows I am 60 days past due. I do not know what or who they are. A financial services company had ** on a three way where it was determined that not a dime is linked to my social security number or phone number. I have filed an Identity Theft Report with the *** and requested documentation from Equiant on what this is showing I am responsible. Not one word in return. This is ruining my good credit.

  I made a maintenance payment on October 12, 2023, and they have the nerve to call me everyday and told me my account was 40 days past due The person on the phone was impatient, rude and didnt want to listen to me when I told her that the fee was already paid for. After researching my credit card payments, it showed that it already been paid. My mistake was to pay them earlier before the due date.Terrible to have to deal with awful person

  Complete rip off. I've paid my loan off and can ever hit a answer for why they continue to want fees. And I still have to paid RCI for membership maintenance fee although I have used my timeshare in years. Stay away from these folks. Which they had a 0 star box

  This company has put a lien on the property after the loan was paid off in July 2021 and was sent confirmation of payment completion. You cannot speak to anyone in the liens department I have written the email address provided several times, and no reply has been received. Trying to sell property, and this has caused an unnecessary delay.
