    So far so Good. Sofies been a great help!Im waiting for my Atom Pro 2s and if, hopefully all goes well with them , setup help etc , I can Give 5 stars. ?? Im hoping for the Best as is my wife!??

    Although my order was complicated, Audien support has been excellent. There have been twists and turns, including a lost package, which has since been found. Along the way the customer service has been excellent and helpful. I am still waiting for the upgraded hearing aids, and I trust that I will get as much support as I need to help familiarize myself with the hearing aid. The Atom Pro did not work at all for me- nothing would stay in my ear, hence ordering the behind the ear hearing aid. I look forward to having them function!

    I really wanted to like this product and in essence the aids are fine if they work for your ears. However, I quite quickly realized that they were not right for my extremely small and sensitive ear canal. I originally ordered the Atom One and then was cross sold online the Atom Pro 2 - so paid the extra to get that one as it seemed to have more functionality. I risked buying online because I saw the '45 day risk free trial' stated on the website. Honestly, that is where is all falls apart. Audien do not stand by the 45 day risk free trial statement. I soon realized that the aids were super squeaky and on top of that not right for my ears, uncomfortable and itchy, even with trying all the domes supplied. I tried to get a return going and was referred to a hearing specialist appointment. Note: it is impossible to actually SPEAK to anyone, even if they leave you a voicemail and you call back the system still forces you to make an appointment. I had the hearing specialist call with someone called Winjave and we went through the squeaking issues etc and I persevered. But, they were still not right for me - and so I tried again to return and get a refund, based on the '45 day risk free trial' promise. Was forced to set up another video call, in which I stated quite clearly at the outset of the call my reasons for wanting a return and full refund of my almost $200. Instead of accepting this, the *** attempted to find reasons for me to either keep the aids or take the over ear solution instead. He finally accepted my request (after 15 minutes of argument) and promised me faithfully that an email would come through immediately to allow me to start the return. Nothing has arrived and I am now back where I started. Hence this review, as Audien seem to respond to Better Business reviews not to actual customer time and effort. I cannot recommend them if they do not stand by their 45 day risk free trial statement. DO NOT BUY!! :(

    The worst customer service! Harassment on the phone I cant get anyone to help me with a refund I have been emailing for days and I cant get any help returning this terrible product

    I purchased otc pro 2 hearing aids from Audien Hearing. That was a huge mistake! The hearing aids have never worked since the very first day I purchased them. Thinking the battery is low I charged battery for 4 hrs. One of the aids stoped working all together and no sound after two minutes. The other aid sent out a screeching loud noise. I called the customer service for help. I never got the replacement order and Im not happy with Audien Hearing customer service. I have owned the Pro 2s for over a year now and I feel I got diffective hearing aids and Audien is refusing to credit me a refund. I strongly want to discourage the public NOT to buy from Audien Hearing. Ive been stuck with a pair of ear aids that never worked, I even tried to upgrade as long as they would give me credit for my original units and I would be willing to pay the difference but Audien Hearing said no!!! Buy from any other company DO NOT BUY FROM AUDIEN SINCERELY ****

    I also want to sincerely apologize if you felt unsupported by our customer service team. That was never our intention, and I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to not get the resolution you were hoping for.

    Were also very sorry if the policy we have in place did not feel favorable in your situation. Please know that this policy is meant to ensure fairness and transparency across all our customers. Since your order was already beyond the manufacturers warranty period, we werent able to issue a refund. Instead, we tried to support you by offering an upgrade option along with any available discountsthat was the best solution we could provide at this stage.

    That said, wed still like to make sure youre not left without a working solution. Please know were always here if youd like to come back and get set up with a hearing aid that truly works for you.

    Do not buy Audien Hearing aids on the Internet. They give terrible feed-back noise whatever you do; adjust volume, change ear bud sizes, etc. you still get squeezing in your ears. You can even hear your own breathing which is very annoying. ******************* is no good either. I was promised a return label sent to my phone 15 minutes after calling and nothing a day later. I want my money back.

    I ordered one set of Atom One hearing aids. According to their email, the cost would be $98. I added a one year protection plan for $24.99. Later I received one set of Atom Two hearing aids. My debit card was charged $134.99 AND $153,65, Don't know why. I have contacted them but the agent I spoke with did not know why either. She just said that was the price for Atom Two. I can send you paperwork to show this.

    After carefully reviewing your order, I see that you initially placed an order for the Atom One at $89 with an added protection plan. Later on, you opted to upgrade to the Atom Pro 2, which carries an additional cost of $140. The regular price of the Atom Pro 2 is $289, so with the upgrade, you actually received it at $229. The remaining charges were related to the protection plan and applicable taxes.

    I completely understand this may not have been the outcome you were expecting, and I regret any confusion caused along the way. Please know that we truly value your trust and would love the opportunity to make this right for you.
