      "On March 14th, I signed up under the premise that I would only be paying $30/month, and that the first month was waived, and as per their own website's words, "your first month is free and the second month you pay $60", but by the following month I was charged $94 which was not explicitly disclosed before payment, which is a bait and switch. I immediately, on April 13th, as they withdrew the money early, requested cancellation and requested my money back for deceptive practices and received confirmation that my email was sent and somebody would reach out within 72 hours." ...
