    I returned product (dress) as requested and they have not refunded my money

It will take **** business days before the money deposited to customer account Which Customer Paid for the Order, depending on the bank processing time. Please patiently wait for some days.

    Hello, I submitted an order on August 25, 2022 and still have not received my package from JJs House. They say that its been delivered and signed for on September 8, 2022. However, I was gone the whole week from the 4th to the 12th and no one was home to sign for it. When I click contact us my safari browser pops up with a message saying the site is unsafe. I dont have my package and Im afraid if I contact them I wont get a response, due to the pop up I received on safari. Attached is the entire email I received regarding delivery, price, and tracking information. I also attached the pop up I received on safari.

    Purchased "try on" dresses from business to determine fit, the charge was $10.00 per dress for a total of $30.00. If the dresses are not returned in seven days, they would charge me an unknown purchase charge for each dress. Three dresses were shipped to me on August 05, 2022. I was provided a tracking number **********. Package has never been received - per tracking the package is still in ********* ** awaiting delivery to next facility since 08/14/2022. I have contacted sender and was advised that I should cancel the package through my local post office. I went to the post office and was advised that since I am NOT the sender I could not do anything.I again "chatted" with business advising what my post office stated - that they (the sender) could recall the parcel. They have refused.Facts are: 1. I have a wedding October 8th 2022. 2. "Try on" dresses were ordered in a timely fashion but never received. 3. Lost faith in ordering any dresses from business for the event due to timing. 3. Went to a local shop, purchased dress for event..I just want the business to recall this package so I am not liable for the price of the dresses nor am I inconvenienced by having to pay to return the dresses along with taking them to the post office. I am not be unreasonable.

    I ordered a custom dress from JJs house. They sent a dress that is 4 inches too short. They told me because it was a custom order it cannot be returned. But they cut it wrong.

    I purchased a flower girl dress. After placing the order I had a few signs this was not a US based company, for example a $25 shipping fee. I researched the company, read reviews on BBB and immediately reached out to the seller. The dress is 1/2 the size it should be- way off spec. It is NOT fully sewn, the bow has pins in it, the hem is fraying. I have had numerous bad experiences from ***** factories showing an image from someone else and then trying to copy it. This should be prohibited in the US. The item looks nothing like the photo, its not sized correctly and has poor sewing. Please refund the full price paid for the dress and the $25 shipping charge.
