Ordered 4 dresses, got an email telling me I can only order 2 unless theyre try on dresses, had to cancel 2. Received the dresses, they didnt fit even though we went by their size chart. Quality was not good. Original shipping as $30. After returning the 2 dresses I will have paid $97 in original shipping, return shipping label and restocking fees. I have ordered from ****** before and I never have any of these issues. *** stated their restocking fee is for environmental reasons-I will never order from them again.

I would never order from this place again. I had to wait almost a month for delivery and once delivered the fabric was torn and discolored. Also I am a retired lawyer and would have to use all my prior skills to decipher all the hidden costs involved in making a return.The sizing as advertised is incorrect as well.CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!JJ's House Response

I ordered try-on dresses twice before I made a decision on which dress I wanted to order. The whole process was very easy! I received my dresses quickly and it was easy to return them. I will be ordering one of the dresses for my son's wedding. I know it will be beautiful and of great quality!! Do not hesitate to order from JJ's House! JJ House is a fabulous company. We bought my daughthers wedding dress and veil from JJ House. It was absouletly beautiful, and fit perfect. No alterations needed. I have also purchased other items from JJ House. Also they were perfect. Will continue to purchase from JJ House.JJ's House Response

I purchased a dress in February for an event in April, so I could get alterations if needed. Dress cost $248. I kept checking my order, and was getting worried because in one month the order was still "processing". I contacted them about it and got NO response. The order never shipped (they are in *********) but luckily I found a dress locally that I liked, and bought it. I canceled the order. JJ's House refunded me only $110 of my $248 . The other $138 was for "shipping and restocking " which mind you, it hadn't EVEN BEEN SHIPPED! The restocking fee is supposed to be only $40, so they ripped me off for $138 on an order I never received!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!When I complained and asked about it, no response as usual. This company delivers good quality dresses in any color you can imagine. The shipping is fast. The discounts are consistent. Most of the dresses come with breast pads. I've purchased more than my share of pretty dresses from JJs. Now, where's the party at?JJ's House Response

I tried on four different dresses from JJSHouse before buying. The ease of trying on and returning the dresses is fast and easy. I purchased my mother of the bride from *** and am thrilled with the dress. The lace is heavy and beautiful and the style is very becoming to my figure.
