  Total Scam. They took my money prior to sending the "Terms and Conditions" Unable to open any accounts or access information while refusing to answer any calls or emails until after the 7 day "opt out" period has lapsed.Then refuse to refund any monies paid or to cancel the subscription, stating that they will continue to charge until the full amount ($ *******) is paid .Do NOT recommend!!!!!!

  Paid a long months fees and tried to use the certificates for hires but seems like none of the jobs take this one as serious as others, stressed myself out to pass these exams while dealing with enough and now its not even really paying off.

  July 19, 2023, I took my test and failed yet they telling me I only get one more chance and then I will have to pay $99 for every test and won't let me cancel. This is a trap! And I am writing this so everyone will know what they don't tell you. Plus the exam is very complicated! They want you to write 5 of 250 word essays and the last essay consists of ***** words. Yes you heard me write. ***** words. This is ridiculous. I feel like I'm back in junior high school. This is not worth my time. Plus after 2 years you have to do it all over again and they will keep charging you $900. This is how they got me, $49 the first month and $89 every other month. Well less see if they get it because I'm not paying. This is a rip off. I was not warned at all. That there was no cancelation. That I had to pay for every exam after I fail the first two. This is how they trap you to make money off of you. So I closed out my bank account so they won't get nothing but that $49 because I felt like I was being deceived.

  I spent ***************************************************************************************************** the text *************** videos that are on the final exam. After not passing my 2nd attempt I asked for specific questions I missed so that I could research those further & not waste my mental effort on questions that I got correct. This is their response: "Good afternoon, *******: I hope youre having a great Wednesday! In response to your email, we do not officially have a copy of this policy to send you. However, this is an internal policy based on Academic integrity. Because its a non-proctored exam we are prohibited from telling you which questions you missed, and it would be leading you to the correct answers. We are more than happy to offer you a breakdown of how many questions you missed in segments of 20 questions as a courtesy as I provided.   Decided to sign up, then went through financial stress because of COVID-19.I asked them to stop running payments on my account and they could send me an invoice by mail, that I will pay.The keep charging my card on file and state that even though I'm going through financial stress, there is no way for them to stop trying to charge my account. THIS COMPANY BREAKS THE *** AND AFTER BEING TOLD TO STOP USING THE ***** THEY KEEP DOING IT.If it keeps happening, I will personally visit each person who I have spoken with.

  ISSA (International Sports Science Association Has Unethical Business and Billing Practices. I Signed Up For A Personal Training Course. I Wasn't Sure If I Wanted To Continue, I Started A New Job That Keeps Me Extremely Busy. And I Keep My Card Locked I Forgot To Unlock My Card. ISSA Kept Making Endless Attempts On My Card!!! I Saw This And Thought What In The World Is Wrong With Them. I Was Upset and Couldn't Believe It! My Payments Were Due March 26, 2023 & April 26, 2023, ISSA Has Illegally and Unethically ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE MY CARD (( 13 TIMES SINCE MARCH 26TH)). I Want To File A Formal Complaint *********************** I HAVE NEVER AUTHORIZED THEM TO MAKE ENDLESS ATTEMPTS ON MY CARD. THERE ARE LAWS AGAINST THIS!!!!! HORRIBLE, UNCONSCIONABLE & UNETHICAL PRACTICES!!!

  I went with the master trainer course and the representative I spoke with advised me to primarily course on the Personal Trainer course first and then move on to the other courses. Well that's what I did and two months later I decided to take a look into the nutrition course and it was nothing close to what I wanted. I explained the in-depth course I needed so I can fully understand how to break down Macos/Calories for my future clients and the two courses I had were very surface level and did not go into depth like I needed it to. I called and asked if there was anything that could be done, I was even willing to downgrade my original package as long as I was getting what I originally asked for. The representative spoke to a manager and basically told me no because their finance department was strict. I requested to speak to the manager directly and she was no help either. The only thing they offered was to switch out one of my courses with another on they offered which was not why I originally called. A complete waste of money when didn't get what I wanted and they didn't even try to help when their representative advised focusing on the *** course. They should be transparent and tell the future people who sign up with them to take a look into all courses and ensure that is what they were looking for.

  This company is a complete scam. Bait and switch. I purchased a package for "master trainer". It included 6 courses, and you pay an entire year in the payment plan, but you only have 8 months to complete all of the courses. Not only do the courses expire, but they also charge you $10 a month per course to extend the course up to 4 months. If you are in this program and company RUN. They aren't truly accredited they bought ***** and, which is who you take the Nationals through. If you take the national exam under the personal training, don't bother. In order to pass that exam, you need to take Personal Training, Strength and conditioning, and nutrition in order to obtain 3/4 of the information on that exam and even then its not enough. Then you charge you additional $103 to pay to ***** including another $80+ to *********** exam at the proctored service. I called and talked to their "head of customer service." What happened, the concerns, that I used THEIR ***** exam outline on the website to study for that exam. I was told I was wrong; it's my misunderstanding and their customer service is a joke. The courses they provided are basically made up. I hope theses reviews continue and something can be done about it. It's truly a shame that people who truly want to help others get scammed by a company that "prides itself" in wanting people to succeed.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! Money Scam, you will never succeed in this field if you stay here. Wish I would have read this prior to starting.ISSA DO NOT CONTACT ME, the fact that the company TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY and blames their customers. NO ONE should ever go here.

  I signed up for this course in 2022. After about 10 days I realized I didnt want to coach. I contacted them explained to them not only was I never going to use the course I also explained financial situation, that I wasnt able to pay for the course because the amount owed was all I had in my checking account. They just restated that I owed them money and the amount and when it was due. I have begged and begged for them to leave me alone, I have never used their services but once on the first day I singed up. Once I realized this was a scam and canceled my debit card. After I received my new card I felt safe and all of the sudden WITH NO AUTHORIZATION they stole money FROM MY NEW CARD. I even told my bank to block their charges but they said a merchant can still request to push the charges through. I have emailed and called, I have spoken with managers and cried to them on the phone. I have told them my financial situation repeatedly. They do not care. They wont even care about all the people writing these reviews. This company is fraudulent and thieves. Contracts can be broken. I am in the process of filing an online consumer complaint with my State Attorney so ISSA gets investigated and seeking litigation against this company. This is an evil company. BUYER BEWARE.

  I signed up in 2020. I had a passion to teach kids and adults to be healthy exercise and nutrition. I had problems with the site saving progress and would contact them every time and they would want to call back or email me. The coaches never responded but their only answer start a new membership for half price to fix the error. They signed my wife up after I started my second membership she has all the same expierences but if we dont pay they will report us to creditors but yet we cant have a certification or take the test because the site wont save our progress. its completely a scam. they stole **** dollars from us. maybe more if i go add it up. They do not care about people only the money. i have emails and plenty of screen shots to prove all of this.
