    Purchased a program to better things for myself, was never told its a 7 day cancelation policy. In the process I have fallen on hard times, getting custody of my son and being a single father. I called asked if I can cancel my course bc I simply can't afford it right now. They offered to lower payments for 2 months, reluctantly I agreed. Now, today ******, I looked at my bank account, and they took out almost $400.00 for the partial payment missed snd the rest of my membership. Upon calling about this the person on the phone was kind of rude, explained that I was not informed this would happen w last payment. And I got a nonchalant response, almost saying ok whatever. I'm still a single father struggling to keep things going for myself and my son. This hit hard and was not called for. Offered to escalate it to higher up and MAYBE, get half back. There contract business practices are ****** to its clients. Just about any other contract can be canceled except there's. The customer service could be way better. I should have canceled the card I used for this, would have been worth the 7 day inconvenience from the bank to do so. Never again. Live and learn.

    I was told ****** and paid now they are withdrawing money from my account. Now they tell me a thousand dollars.ITS A SCAMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!! THE SITE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!!!!!ZERO STARSSSSSSSS

    I clicked one of their ads and wanted more information emailed, as I was thinking about finishing my certification. I started getting phone calls and texts the second I hit submit. It's only been 24 hours and I have received 8 phone calls and 6 text messages. I finally called to tell them to stop and I was met with smart remarks and comments implying I was stupid. They are supposed to be a world class school, which is why I was considering them, but because of the incessant calls and the absolute rudeness of the "trainer" I spoke with, I will look elsewhere. If the calls and texts continue I will take this further.

    They don't tell you up front that you only have 7 days to cancel. That was never explained to me. That's where they get you. I can never get ahold of customer service, and they straight up lied about my veterans discount as I see other pricing that non veterans get. They won't push back my exam dates even though I am disabled and have health issues.

    I paid off my classes and requested to re activate them. They explained to me that I would be charged an additional $33 a month for 12 months to do that even though the classes were paid for in full. Keep in mind, these are self paced modules. This business is a scam, if youre looking to be a personal trainer I would find more reputable businesses then this one.

    I would give a minus 5 if I could. After I joined and found another job. I decided to cancel my account within 3 days of joining. They kept me on hold forever and never called back . I emailed them also to cancel, but never got a reply back. This company will try to keep your deposit and keep you in the loop so you cant cancel.

    Immediately after giving this company my deposit I tried to start my course but I quickly learned that the website was not working. I was very so discouraged because I blocked out my schedule for this purpose. There was virtually no support to find out why it was not working or to alert them of this problem. I I tried the chat, but only was offered FAQs were but that is not what I needed and they did not have any live people on the chat.I tried to call and waited 28 minutes. I have emailed and there is no response. Now I am afraid that I have to cancel my credit card to get out of this disappointing waste of time.Please beware of this company that collects thousands of dollars by charging for access for website that does not work and has very little customer support.

    I agree ISSA really is terrible, now they have changed their website and you loose all your quizzes and have to take their online guided study. This happened right in the middle of trying to complete a course. Phones are busy if someone answers they hang up when you complain or send you to the wrong department.

    Terrible experience. The course work is very little. It might aswell just be notes. Went to gyms after getting my certification and was LITERALLY laughed out of several gyms. I was told that ISSA cert would work in ******* but IT DOES NOT. I've wasted money that I will never get back. never ever use this company.

    ISSA IS A SCAM!!!! READ TO THE END! they are money hungry pigs. there material is vague they do not go into details if you want more information you have to BUY another course. ******** services *****, they are rude and dont call back. ISSA claims STUDY AN HOUR A DAY and it was confirmed by customer service that is what they say. Their course work is impossible to do an hour a day as they advertise and finish within their requirements. When I called to let ISSA know that the information was vague I was instructed to use ****** for more information and for answers on my test. ****** and ISSA information do not match. When you fail a test twice you have to pay to take the test again and again. They also NEVER SENT me an EAMIL about the changes to their website and the test I had in progress was lost and I had to take it over again from the beginning. If you made it this far into the review you ONLY HAVE 7DAYS to get out of your contract and get your money back
