      06/03/2023 was yesterday I came home to a van parked in my assigned parking spot. And I called the kwiktow company that is assigned to ** for Park Vista apartments but its closed.and today 06/04/2023 was told only one driver is available and he is on the East side and don't know when they can come to pick up the van. What is the purpose of Kwiktow working with park vista apartments if they can't even do their job . Seems like they jst want to scam and cause problems for the tenants!

      My car was towed from Cabrillo Apartments. **** Accura CL. On 11/26 I went to Kwik Tow to retrieve my vehicle. It needed a repair before I could drive it home. I informed them of this and they advised me to park it right outside their place in north Phoenix. They informed me I would have 48 hours to get it repaired before the city would tow it away for being abandoned. Well I paid for a mechanic to show up about 30 hours after it was parked. When the mechanic arrived the vehicle was missing. I then called them and was told they have cameras in front of the location and it would most likely be on camera. I asked for the footage was told to email the owner. I emailed the owner and never heard a response. Then I reported my car missing to Phoenix non emergency police but didnt make the report official as I was in a different city and couldnt meet with an officer. I contacted **** Tow many a few more times asking for the footage or to speak to owner and again just told to email. Never heard anything. Well on 1/7/2023 I made my police report official and spoke with an officer. That officer contacted them. Less than an hour after the officer contacted them my vehicle was found a few miles away from Kwik Tow. Someone spotted it and contacted the police. It was missing its tires and in poor condition according to the police. I again contacted **** tow for camera footage and was told the same thing. Theyve refused to help me get in contact with the owner or anyone who could provide footage from when it initially went missing or on the 7th when it was discovered close to their business less than an hour after an officer spoke with them. Ive suffered financial loss and stress because of this. Kwik Tow wont provide any answers or provide camera footage to prove they had nothing to do with it or who in fact did.

      My vehicle was towed from my residence in which is located on private property as part of ***************** Apartments located ***********************************. I was not notified of the tow and neither was the apartment complex. There was no approval to tow by the owner or any representative of the owner of the complex. There were no posted signs within the complex in regards to a related towing company.After reaching the local police department - I was informed that my vehicle had been towed by Kwik Tow of *******, **. Upon inquiring with Kwik Tow as to the cause for tow - I was told my vehicle was parked in a fire lane. There is no marked fire lane. I attempted to retrieve my vehicle and was told I would need to wait until the next business day.
