I think this operation is criminal. They towed my car. Though it was not clearly marked.Damaged the undercarriage for which they said to complete a complaint.To get any action on the complaint was virtually impossible. No customer service whatsoever. How can a business like this have an operating license? What a joke. I will still try to pursue legal action, however as we know that *** be more time and effort that I will never see. And unfortunately if you are reading this, it is already too late and you have been towed. BUT if you are looking at them to hire, I would steer clear. Even as we went to pick up our compounded car late at night, the smell of marijuana was abundant in and around the trailer/office they operate from. Right next to DPS lockup. The other reviews below are Spot on as it would seem I was and am still on hold. 23 minutes and counting. Called another number and the same lady answered, and immediately put m eon hold. they are trying to make you go away. Someone please serve them legally and shut them down. I will try. 26 minutes now. they came back on to say "Sir", then back on hold before I could even respond. will repost if any remedy, but I doubt it. That is what it is with an all cash operation since the "Card machine was broken"! If you need legit towing, call All City Towing. unfortunately they don't have a Zero Star rating.
