      I requested a tow service from this business on 06/18/2021 due to my car needing to be towed for maintenance. I was advised that my vehicle (2018 *********** would be towed from ****************** to ************ located in ******* *******. I provided my credit card payment information as well as my car keys to an employee of this business on the evening of 06/18. I was advised I would receive a call when the car was dropped at my mechanics as well as whom or were the keys were placed.Instead of I was not advised and instead had to locate my vehicle via vehicle tracking. My car was dropped without my keys. My car is sitting in the heat, locked, needing service without keys due to the negligence of this business. I have attempted to contact this business for resolution and have been met with unprofessional banter and an employee hanging ** in my face. I want my keys returned to me or for this business to be held accountable for their negligence. I am requesting resolution.

      If I would be able to give give a start review less than one I would. Spoke to a person by the name of "*****" who was absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service. Hung up on me multiple times and when asked why she kept disconnecting by calls, she got very defensive and said it was not her. Started with a very standoffish attitude and seemed very bothered. As I was inquiring on my towed vehicle, she kept cutting me off half sentence and just saying "hold" and would immediately put me on hold for 3+ minutes at a time for more than 5 times in the span of a call that took less than 5 minutes and possibly as in retaliation for first addressing my concern and issue about hanging up on me. When asked to confirm the address of where my vehicle was stored, it was a totally different one than the one listed by the **** Vehicle Impound report. These places can afford to hire these kinds of people as many of us have to **** it up and put up with their unprofessionalism because at the end of the day, they have our property and they know no matter what, we will still have to deal with them until it is picked up. Not to mention the fact that the **** report showed the vehicle was at one address and over the phone, they gave me a completely different address further out from my home which adds to mileage...convenient. Their quote for 6 days of storage at supposedly $30 a day storage fee was $641.25 so that means their towing fee was a ridiculous $461.25....wow. Taking advantage of people is an understatement. Whoever undersees these towing company, please investigate these shark practices!
