    I GOT SOLAR PANELS IN OCTOBER OF 2022, MY SON REFERRED ME TO ****** WHO WORKS FOR SOLFINITY. MY SON WAS PROMISED A REFERRAL FOR ME SO I STARTED SENDING MY NEIGHBORS TO SOLFINITY, I GOT PAID FOR ONE AND ****** WENT KNOCKING AT MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE BY ACCIDENT BUT MY NEIGHBOR TOLD ****** HE KNEW ME AND ****** TOLD BOTH HIM AND I THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A BONUS AND REFERRAL FOR MY NEIGHBOR *******. NOW THAT THEIR PANELS HAVE BEEN TURNED ON NO ONE AT SOLFINITY WANTS TO PAY ME OR MY SON OUR BONUS AND REFERRAL, ****** ALWAYS SAYS HE'S IN A MEETING AND IGNORES OUR TEXT MESSAGES OR GETS UPSET BECAUSE I SPOKE TO ***** FOR SOLFINITY WHICH ***** WAS GREAT BUT I AM CURRENTLY OWED $1000 REFERRAL AND $1500 BONUS, MY SON IS CURRENTLY OWED $1000 REFERRAL BUT HIS BONUS WAS PAID.IVE TRIED TOGET THIS RESOLVED WITH ****** BUT NOW HE SAYS HE DOESNT *** ME ANYTHING AND HE SUPPOSEDLY HAS CONVERSATION AND DOCUMENTATION THAT I NEVER REFERRED MY SECOND NEIGHBOR TO HIM, EVEN THOUGH HE PROMISED WHEN HE DROPPED OFF THE MONEY FOR ***** MY FIRST NEIGHBOR.

    We were referred to *******************, a solar broker with Solfinity Power, by my parents who were in the process of getting solar panels installed with Solfinity Power as well. Our first contact and presentation was on July 20th 2022. We had problems with the first installation company called Solar Plains and a lack of communication led us to nearly abandon the project altogether. ************ apologized and informed us we would receive a $1200.00 refund upon completion of the installation of our panels and he switched to new installer called Powur. We signed a contract for $42,788.82 for our panels on August 13th, 2022. The panels have been installed and we are now waiting for Oncor to check our system an turn it on. I have made multiple attempts to contact ************ and Solfinity Power via text message, phone calls, emails, and ******** messenger messages to no avail. No one has contacted me despite my informing them I would be contacting the BBB to file a complaint. They are not returning text messages, phone calls, and email inquiries from my parents either. My parents were told they would get a $1500.00 referral bonus upon installation of our system. ************ has not responded to them either and they cannot get ahold of any other employees at Solfinity Power. I don't know if this rises to the level of false advertising or deceptive business practices but I would like others to know how Solfinity Power treats their clients once the contracts are signed and the deceitful ways they try to hang onto customers who are about to disengage with them. A big part of our decision to go solar with Solfinity Power was because of the referral bonus for my parents. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

    Thank you for placing your concern on the BBB website. Bringing these issues to our attention help us resolve them quickly. To begin, ******************* was a sales advisor with Solfinity power for several months, he is no longer an advisor with us as of July 2022. The unfortunate part about this news is that we cannot control an installer we do not do business with. It seems to us that this representative is doing business elsewhere. From the prior contact information that we have for the sales representative, we have already reached directly out to see if we can get a response from the representative to you. 


    Secondly, we have already reached out to you directly and left a voicemail to do our best to resolve these concerns. Unfortunately, you are not dealing with a sales rep of ours, rather a rep that worked for us early in 2022, meaning we cannot handle or resolve any of these issues for you. 


    With over 100 FIVE star reviews on ******* we are confident in our ability to provide you a phenomenal experience going solar. We do not want to let a sales representatives sales tactics, and lack of communication cause you to not go solar. If we can be of any help at all please do not hesitate to reach out.
