    I had a solar system installed by this company on 02/14/2023. Since then the sub contractor that installed the solar system (Titan Solar) has gone out of business leaving a sydstem that still to this day 11/22/2024 has never worked properly. In addition, as part of the same loan, I had a new roof installed as well. That roof which is slightly over 1 year old is now leaking. As Solfinity was heading up the project and the roof was installed by a third party vendor, I was never supplied with the name of the roofing company. Consequently, I have tried to contact Solfinity to find out my next steps and have left messages on the listed phone number but have never received a return call. The finance company (********) has stated that the cannot supply any information and to contact Solfinity.I am currently paying for a loan for a solar system and battery backup that has never worked properly as well as a new roof which now leaks. The only account number that I have been supplied is for ********, the finance company. That account number is ************

    This company has been calling me several time over the corse of a year. I've repeatedly told them to stop calling, texting, and contacting me. They call from different numbers and hang up when I confront them about the harassment. Please help, I don't want to change my number again!

    The company Solfinity Power Sale Person ***************************** has lie to me and the company also, I was told that this system has a 25 year warranty ( Best Equipment. 25 Year Warranty on Parts, Labor and Panel Performance.) Titan Solar is stating that I do not have this warranty. I have tried many times to get hold of the Sale Rep at ****************************************** and ********************************************************** and via cell ************ I need the documentation of the warranty that was sold to me and also how to get hold of Solfinity Company

    Solfinity contracted Titan solar to install a solar system on my home. The system was completely installed in early February 2024. Since the system was installed, it has not functioned. The install team came to my home days after install to remove a control board which they said was faulty. The team explained that they would be back within a week with a new control board. Solfinity contracted Goodleap to handle the financing of the system. I was told that my first payment would be made on May 1st so that I could take advantage of approximately 2 months of generating solar energy before making my first payment. After one month of not hearing back from *****, I reached out for an update and they stated they had no notes of the issue with a control board. They then sent out two more individuals who came to my home and told me they had the control board in their warehouse. They were supposed to return within 1 hour with the new board. They never returned and the system was still not working. I reached out again in early April and made an appointment for service on 4/25/24 (earliest appointment Titan had available). Noone ever came and the support team is not responding to any of my inquiries. I am now going to be paying both Solfinity and Comed. I should not be paying for a system that has never worked. The contact I have for Solfinity has not returned a single phone call or text message within the last two months.

    to much smoke and mirrors,solfinity solar did not do what was said and agreed upon. the system they installed doesn`t even come close the power we use. there salesman quit shortly after selling us and the company hasn`t made an effert to rectify the situation. they have completly left us on our own. this is going on 12 months of complete deception on the part of solfinity solar

    *************************** was the sales representative that sold me the system. He said a battery was included in the deal and later call me back and said the original battery was on back order that they would upgrade me to the better battery at no additional cost to me. Not only did I not get the upgraded battery I got NO battery. After numerous attempts to contact him and the company it seems like they have disappeared from the planet. No response by email or voice mail from them. On top of that the system has not worked since day one of being turned on January 29th 2024

    I was sold on solar power by Solfinity. The Sales rep **************** told me that if my power company (MLGW) lost power I would still have power through a back up system. When the installers arrived they installed my panels, but told me that the back up battery was not part of the installation. The installer also told me that I was not the only customer who was told this. If I had known that I would still have to rely on the power company and that I would not have power during the night if the power goes out I would not have agreed to got solar.

    On 12/12 ******************************* tried to take advantage of our customer by committing Fraud stating he was ************** which is a licensed solar installation company. ******* is a manager at Solfinity which is not a licensed installation company they are a marketing organization he was committing fraud and predatory action towards a client trying to give them a worse deal that would hurt the homeowner financially. This Fraud was due to Solfinity and ******* taking sensitive installation information from a 3rd party and using it against the client to make a 12k dollar commission check. This action would have prevented the customer from ever getting permission to operate from the utility and would have caused damages. This company Solfinity also has reps that use fake ****** documents made as a power of attorney to have customers sign so the sales reps can sign the loan and installation documents themselves with the customer not seeing the fine print. These predator actions cause harm to all potential solar installation customers. These actions need to be handled on a higher level impersonation of licensed contractors, forgery of documents and predatory actions towards the elderly. If you see this company and you are looking to work with them please make sure you understand what you are walking into. Luckily we were able to save a customer from being victimized by ********************************* and the Solfinity team

    I signed up for solar panels because someone knocked on my door. The company installed the panels, and after 6 months, I still had high electric bills. Beginning Oct. 16th, I contacted the owner directly to get an answer as to why our electric bills werent going away. It is now Nov. 28th, and communication has been terrible. Only today was I told that the owner is no longer with the company. I have been left out to dry. 8 months now of high electric bills AND the solar panel payment.

    4/21/23: A sales rep came by 3 times and as late as 8 PM. I have a no soliciting sign on my door. Your sales **** ****** does not know what soliciting means as I directly asked him. I told him to leave my property multiple times and it took awhile for him to actually leave. Please do not come back to my property as your company and anyone affiliated with your company is officially trespassed. I did not ask for your services nor do I want your services. The sarcastic remarks from your sales rep was not needed and him coming by for a 3rd time at 8 o'clock at night was very unnecessary. His constant ringing of my doorbell and knocking on my door was extremely aggressive. This is your official trespass warning. The next time you're on my property, criminal trespass charges will be filed with ***************

It is clear that in this instance, we failed to uphold those standards.
    Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and distress caused by the sales rep's unprofessional behavior, particularly for the multiple visits, late hours, and disregard for your no soliciting sign. I assure you that we take this matter very seriously, and we will address it directly with ***** and his manager to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

     We will take all necessary steps to ensure that your property and your privacy are respected. Please be assured that we will not engage in any further solicitation at your address.
