  The owner ***** sales **** out of commissions. I know about 8 **** who have not gotten paid their earnings. Some as much as a couple thousand dollars, and a couple as much as upwards of $15,000!

  For many years, I wanted to take the next step in improving my home's sustainability by installing a solar panel system. When I was finally ready to give it a go, I decided to work with Solfinity Power, and it turned out to be an excellent choice in many regards.Solfinity Power, and more specifically ***, my solar salesperson / counsultant / project manager, delivered one of the best, if not the best, homemprovement contracting experiences I have ever had. From day one I was well informed on pros and cons of different options available. I was kept "in the loop" and well updated on what to expect next. Any potential challenges would be explained in detail ahead of time, which allowed solid planning to flow seamlessly into a top quality installation in a timely manner, with virtually no delays or costly surprises. I was especially impressed by industry insight J and the Solfinity Power team displayed, that was key in helping everything fall into place in the small window of time we had. Similarly, from the beginning I expressed what financial limitations I had and that if the numbers didn't line up, I couldn't move forward at this time. My concerns were heard, and taken seriously, and the costs / savings in the end are near spot on from what I was told the first sit down I had with J just a hanful of months ago. I could not have asked for a better experience through every step of this process and I'm excited to utilize my system in the years to come. These guys/gals are top notch and if you are looking for a quality system, and a warm all over fuzzy feeling of confidence though all phases of the installation, this company will not disappoint.From my family and I, many thanks to *** and the Solfinity Power team.

  I had a great experience with Solfinity. Their representative was available at a moment's notice whenever I had a question, which is commendable, especially since I knew absolutely zero about solar when I started the process and I had frequent questions over a period of several months. The ir representative was also a reliable conduit between myself and the solar installing company. I am thankful for that because the installer company had poor reviews online, primarily around poor communication and ****** at Solfinity was able to address my concerns/questions so I didn't have to deal with the installer.

  *************************** was my sales representative with Solfinity Power and the moment I met her she has answered my needs promptly and efficiently! I'm very pleased with my decision to get solar and she is the reason why! Any concerns I had, I felt I could call her and she quickly answered my concerns honestly and put me at ease. If you choose solar, then I would choose *************************** at Solfinity Power as your sales broker first!

  I started our solar process by researching and asking questions on various social media platforms. I was very overwhelmed with everything from net metering changes, hardware, and basically the whole process from start to finish.**************** at Solfinity saw my questions and we began communicating. I had a barrage of questions and he was kind enough to answer them all as I randomly sent texts or asked to speak over the phone over a few days.We went over a few options and I never felt pressure to add onto my system. I asked about battery storage and he suggested that it wouldn't make financial sense in my situation. This was quite different than the local solar installer I dealt with. I felt like the local person I spoke to was pushing battery storage, increasing the cost of the installation substantially.To be quite honest, ****** didn't give me the absolute lowest quote for my system. However, the installer that ****** and I'm working with has a very ironclad warranty. I read the fine print on the lowest priced company and they charge for warranty work (truck roll + hourly rate), which sounds funny to me. Also that company, I'd be calling an 800 number to get to somebody if I had any questions. On the other hand, I have ******'s cell phone number and he's my single point of contact. I've learned very early on as a homeowner that the cheapest bid for work is the one you want to avoid. Sometimes it works out, but I'm not one to take that kind of risk, especially when it affects my whole family and our home.****** keeps me updated on the progress of my installation and I never feel the need to hound him about updates. His customer service is exemplary and I can reach him any time throughout the day. He even informed me that I could lower the price of my installation because the installer informed him that my panel didn't actually need to be upgraded to 200 amps. I wanted this anyway, but he was honest about it. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me.

  Solfinity Power was great to work with. We were lucky enough to get *************************** as our broker. She couldnt have been more helpful. Super friendly, knowledgeable and can be an absolute bulldog to get things done for you. So glad to have her on our side. We had issues with the installer (flex energy) but she was on it and had everything fixed the moment there was an issue. Cant say enough good things about her.

  The bottom line is my experience in working with Solfinity on my solar install was top notch and I would highly recommend Solfinity to a friend. This is thanks to my Solfinity contact ***************Prior to contact with ************** had a mild interest in pursuing solar: favoring the environmental benefits and potential cost savings, but skeptical of how long it might take to recoup the install cost (based on my electrical useage), as well as potential install and system issues.****** was hugely helpful, because I could immediately see he was not trying to sell me. Conversely, he was a true thought partner helping to increase my knowledge for me to make an informed decision. He was tremendously helpful in taking the time to walk me through the landscape of how and in what cases solar provides value to homeowners, the process and other details, and if it made sense for my situation and useage.Thereafter, he provided me with all the information/data I asked for and volunteered related information. He offered thoughts regarding alternatives to consider regarding the gas/electric mix of my current and future energy needs as well as associated pros and cons of alternatives. ****** also kept me fully informed at all times regarding the project status and key dates.The installer, Better Earth, was also great to work with. Scheduling was easy, and the install took less than a day. The on-site project lead for the install was very helpful in working through options for the inverter location and answering my questions.Im very happy I worked with Solfinity and Better Earth.

  My parents were installed by Solfinity Power and they couldnt be HAPPIER! The representative explained everything and let them know what was going on each step of the way. The were installed pretty quick because their roof was good and home was solar ready. I would highly recommend this honest and straight forward company to all my friends and family. We truly had a great experience. Thanks Solfinity Team.

  I've been working with ************************* as the company's salesperson, advisor, contractor and customer service representative. I can only state positive things about my experience. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process of my home energy efficiency project which included solar panels, attic insulation, HVAC servicing including duct cleaning and *******************, smart thermostats, doorjamb weatherproofing, LED lights everywhere, smart power strips, reverse pressure room diagnoses for leaks, etc.***** and his sub-contractors were all punctual, friendly and professional. He delivered everything agreed upon and more with helpful tips and tricks to reduce our utility bills while fully enjoying the comfort of our home.A+!
