  Don't waste your time with these people. I recieved my DD-214 via mail from NREC and still haven't received it from these people. They claim to be a expediting service, yet the government will get it to you faster. I called to get refunded for the service that they didn't provid and was told that I could not get refunded and that they were still working on my case and that it would be several business days before they could provide me with my DD-214 via e-mail. You are better off setting a $100 Bill on fire than using these people

  I ordered my DD214 in April. This is December. I still haven't heard anything. I called. And they said the government said it would take more time and to "be patient". However, nowhere on their website does it say anything about this process taking this long to process. It's really a shame that these people do this. False advertising as far as I'm concerned.

  After days on phone (always too busy - try again later), or on GOV website (filling out forms, not able to submit - site down etc. etc..) to obtain DD214's there was nothing but frustration. Accidentally came across DD214Direct.com Veterans Home Access LLC filled out the required forms and submitted without any trouble. Two working days later received the DD214's attached to email. Printed with no trouble and I was good to go. Thanks for the trouble-free experience.

  This info was $138.00 which I felt was a bit highwe got the DD214 which is required for VA help. Your price should be much, much lower than this. Our Vets have already worked hard for Our Ciuntry, they shouldnt be charged this much $

  I chose this company based on their supposed expedited service on 10/3/22. It is 12/6/22 and I have still not received anything from them other than excuses. I have contacted the company multiple times only to get the same excuse "They just need a little more time." I feel like it is FALSE ADVERTISING to say you can get a DD214 faster than the normal channels and still 60 days later nothing his been produced. I do not know how LEGITIMATE this company is and will be requesting a refund or file a credit card dispute.

  I am grateful to have found and enlisted the aid of DD214 Direct. I made a sincere effort to work with the records center but I think they are just very busy. I followed all their directions and made follow up calls and got nowhere. Finally I looked into DD214 Direct. They got my paperwork in a matter of days with high quality customer service.
