              I am absolutely overwhelmed with this document. My daddy was killed when I was 21 years old and in nursing school. I am 66 years old now. I feel so proud he served in the Marines. ***********************

              They provided me with a copy that was UNREADABLE! (black background, white print, very blurry) I asked for a refund, and they said because it was more than 24 hrs (I was out of town for 3 days, without access to my email) they would not give a refund. To make matters even more frustrating, they took several weeks to fulfill my request. And thirdly, in a follow up email they said there were no other copies that we available, LIE. Another site emailed me a perfect copy!

              I have to give a 0 rating .. it took 2 months for me to get mine from dd214direct. To be honest i thought it was a fraud as i had already gotten it direct from another source within 1 week and this took 2 months.. I requested it and paid on 2/20/24 and got notified it was ready on 4/16/24 This is NOT acceptable I am glad others seem to have had no issues but then again . based on my experience i would not recommend this to anyone. You can request it yourself free of charge and quicker than these can.

              Dont fall for this, they took my ***** and said within 6-8 business days Id have and email copy of dd214 with hard copy to follow. Going on 8 weeks now nothing, refuse to refund, say the agency cant find it wont say what agency, but theyll resubmit it in another 30 days. Run from this, total scam plus you can get your dd214 through VA for free may take time but unlike DD214 Direct. the VA will indeed get you a copy. Total scam.
