  How can people fall for this? It is so easy for any veteran to obtain a copy of there DD214. I got a secure digital link to my proper DD214 in less than 36 hours. Why do they tell people that the process of dealing with the Government is difficult and frustrating, when it is rather simple and easy.People just go to ******************************************************** fill out the need information and pay nothing.There is no reason for you to give your personal information to these people.

  Sadly, I believe this is a company that is playing on the needs of veterans and exploiting their need for greed. How can a company be in business without having a phone number? and only wants to communicate with you online

  I contacted DD214 Direct on July 30 and had the document in hand on Aug. 1. After a full day on the phone just trying to figure out how to get a DD214 I was happy to pay the $129! Between July 30 and Aug. 1, 2025, I was updated several times giving me the status of my request. I highly recommend this service.

  Super unsatisfied with DD214 Direct. I paid for an expedited service in retrieving my DD214 on May 9th, 2024. As of July 21st, 2025, DD214 Direct still has the same answer regarding my order, which they provided six months ago: "Still awaiting your branch to send us your DD214." I paid over $130 for this business to obtain my DD214 promptly, and they cannot provide a single answer as to when they will fulfill it. I highly recommend that everyone not use this business. If you want to receive your DD214 promptly, I recommend using the National Archives, as it is free, and they delivered my DD214 to me in under a week. Wish I could leave a 0-star review. I hope this business doesn't exist and stops scamming veterans.

Unfortunately, that agency has been facing severe backlogs and staffing shortages, which continue to affect processing times across the board.   These guys are scammers they take your money and run. My son has been waiting 6 months for his paperwork and so I haven't received nothing. They do not return your phone calls and they send you generic emails. Please take my advice and never use these guys. If they're so good why do they have a B rating instead of A rating? Because I'm sure I'm not the only one that they scammed out there

  It's so funny that these guys respond saying that it's somebody else's fault why my son hasn't received the documents from them yet saying that the place that they get it from is backlogged. That seems kind of funny to me because we've already received it for free through the archives so what they are saying it's not true and lying they are scammers and they will just take your money and you'll never hear from them again. They do not well they do respond to email but it's always a generic generated one. And they will not return your phone calls.Beware of these guys I would not recommend them

  June 10 I received 12 documents give or take I asked for a DD-214 it was not in the documents how do you charge someone when you don't deliver what they asked for..thanks for taking my money!!

  I have been waiting for a month now and they will not even give me a best guess as to how long this may take. It costs a lot of money and I believe it would have been quicker if I had requested it myself from the national archive, at least I would be able to check on the status.

  It's been over a month and still nothing from DD214 Direct. I didn't know it at the time, but all I had to do was request a copy from NARA. It didn't cost me anything and I had all my DD214's in less than 24 hours.
