1 starA request was submitted, but there was no mention of any policy until I canceled my request. I was charged twice and only one of those charges was refunded. I am a disabled veteran seeking assistance, not to be taken advantage of. One message indicated that my full refund would be granted. The second charge wasn't initiated until after a follow-up . Fellow veterans please be AWARE.

It appears that two separate requests were submitted for your DD214 and OMPF, which led to duplicate processing. As soon as our team identified what happened, we took immediate steps to correct it.Our Veteran Advocate also spoke with you directly on October 7, 2025, and the matter was fully resolved between both parties. 1 starPaid $$$ for nothing. That what I received is incomplete and many pages are illegible. I am unable to find my original order.Which I know included printed material.They said I had to print documents myself.I used this service per recommendation of someone ******* conclusion is that it is a scam operation.DD214 Direct

The copies you received are all that the agency was able to provide based on their records.Some portions of older files may appear faded or partially illegible due to how they were originally stored. In these cases, the government provides the best available copies. 1 starHow can people fall for this? It is so easy for any veteran to obtain a copy of there DD214. I got a secure digital link to my proper DD214 in less than 36 hours. Why do they tell people that the process of dealing with the Government is difficult and frustrating, when it is rather simple and easy.People just go to ******************************************************** fill out the need information and pay nothing.There is no reason for you to give your personal information to these people.DD214 Direct
