  Call your local VA benefits center. It is much faster. This is a scam. When you call to talk to someone they can only verify your credentials and tell you to wait and I quote "a long time". They will not let you speak to anyone other than a representative. SCAM!

  Able to get my brothers discharge. Thank you; could not get information from no one else. Not even my family members and that is very sad. All these years he was deceased they should have used his insurance to accomplish that.That is my big brother and as a ******* *** and all these years I thought he had a head stone to mark his site.I'm angry.Thanks much.
