- No cash refunds, warranty covers repair or replacement if the engine is damaged. We ask for original engine in exchange for our engine, if the customers engine is non rebuildable then we will charge the customer with core fee depending on what is the non rebuildable engine part, for example the cylinder head, short block, or crank shaft can be damaged and they would get charged with a fee for the one part. In rare cases the long block is damaged and they get charged for the entire core. Refund and Exchange policy is in writing, the customer signs, and or is verbally told before any payments or work done to the car.
