    I called this company yesterday the person answering the phone was so RUDE and ABRUPT if I was looking for a management I would not use this one, Hung up on and cut off when asking a question just plain rude if this is how you treat ppl prior how are you still in business

    This is absolutely the worst company weve dealt with for rentals. From the beginning of our rental leasing in 2020, we have noted any concerns for the inspection personnel and none of them have ever been addressed (until recently, through a heated phone call from overwhelming frustration of how they handle these situations). Our water heater broke in January 2022 and founded our entire bedroom closet. The technician they sent came into our garage and looked at it 2-3 days later, then reported it broken, didt even drain the tank. My husband and I had to hook our outdoor hose up and drain it ourselves to keep it from leaking into our closet. Then when they sent different company over to replace it, they sprayed the inner wall for mold, and did not hint else. We had to get prior authorization from the owner to take the carpet out, cause they didnt send anyone with in the first 2 weeks. We had to clean and put in many requests for the carpet to be replaced, which took almost 6 months!!And from the beginning we had molds pots in the kitchen, we had a roof leak into the kitchen which grew an already present mold spot, that took them 9 months to fix and 6 roof technicians later. Recently our fridge broke at the end of February, and we were told the landlord wouldnt cover it, only to have the landlord resend someone out the 3rd week of April to fix it. The staff absolutely doesnt care and will find anyway to not help, or look for any reason to not send in added requests regarding issues. I was told, what am I supposed to do? Know everything about **** properties?, I replayed with, Yes! When there is this many hazardous issues, and concerns over health YES!!. Thankfully neighbors in the area gave us a fridge to uses, and we were able to keep our toddlers medications refrigerated properly. ALL IN ALL if you dont have to go through them!! DONT!!! Save yourself the hassle and research other proper management or try to rent directly by owners! WORST in the valley

    Moved in last Aug, 2022. Place work order on Sept. 1 regarding living room window blinds - they do not stay up. Nov. 2022, RPM employee came and took measurements. It is now Feb. 2023, and the blinds have still NOT been replaced/fixed. I have called and every month to get an update but no one replies or calls back. If I had known this is how RPM operates, I NEVER would have rented an apartment that they manage.

    Absolute worst management company in the valley. Do not rent from them. We have put in dozens of maintenance requests for a shower that is leaking into the garage and has been for the last 7 months, the pool maintenance company that rpm is supposed to be in charge of hasnt been since august and now our pool is green and full of ****. The property manager ******* refuses to call us back or respond to emails, and every time we call in we get someone in her office, who must be screening her calls, that tells us she has passed the message on to her and that ******* will be reaching out in 24 hours. We have yet to receive a single call or email response from her. Maintenance requests are now being checked off online as if someone came out and fixed the issue but we have yet to see a single technician. The back porch supports are broken and the porch is leaning almost to the point of falling away entirely. All of these things would be simple fixes but this company continues to be negligent and put families at risk of being injured or worse. The shower situation is now turning in to black mold in the walls and repeated calls and e-mails have yet to solve any sort of problem.They also are buying fake reviews and testimonials and posting them online to manipulate future tenants which is illegal.

    Rented from this place, and it was horrible. The dryer broke and they would not come to fix it until after we moved out. They would not reimburse me for the money I spent taking all my laundry to the laundromat due to no dryer. The place was not cleaned when we moved in and the carpets were not new, they were disgusting. When we moved out, they said we owed them **** for damages, said we smoked in the place (which we never smoked in the place), they had to spray for bugs (which I told the inspection guy about the bugs and no one came out to fix it), they wanted us to replace the carpet and walls that were not new and dirty when we moved in. Tried to dispute it and they said the owner will not change it. Added up what the owner gave me, which was ****, and I already put down a deposit (1.5 months). But they were saying I still owe ****. I asked them were the deposit went and no answer. And according to my math, I only owe them ***** and I don't show that I received anything for the amount they say I owe or what that amount includes. I told them I sent a check today and she said, if the amount is less than what I owe, they will let the owner know before accepting it. I told them that it is less than what I owe, I made a partial payment and they will accept it and post it to my account by next Friday because this company seems shady. How are you not going to accept a partial payment? I told them a few weeks ago that I was going to make payments and not to send me to collections, husband just switched jobs and I forgot about paying. She said owner instructed them not to take me to collections and they were going to take me to small claims court. I know they didn't give the owner the deposit, and the charges they charged me were bogus. Worse company ever.
