  **** you Certification Academy! The *** training was very helpful to understand and gain insights into the way PMI presents questions. After I signed up for my *** Boot Camp I received a stack of course material two days later. The course instructor, ****** was very knowledgeable and kept me engaged for the entire duration of the course. He shared content for additional study after class and everything was explained in detail with industry examples. I really enjoyed it, and thanks for making it fun and thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience.

  I booked the class for April 2023, class ended up being postponed until September 2023. The instructor was a joke. He was unprepared, not his fault we later on learned that the company DOES NOT train the instructors, they basically say they passed the *** test and voila just like that they become instructors.******************* offered during the class, we had to literally complain about it I. Order to get it. The class was both virtual and in person, which was very distracting for us in the classroom as there were a lot of technology difficulties/ background noise etc.Out of 5 people (2 virtual 3 in person) 2 dropped out. I decided to stay and they promised me to reimburse me for childcare that I had to incur during that week that I totally wasted my time. Its been 4 months and I am still waiting for approval when they were the ones offering me the reimbursement. Their finance department never answers emails.Back in September during the class, we called the company to complain about the content of the training as the instructor was not even prepared for the class and they accused me and my coworker of conspiring against them what a joke! This is a voluntary training why would we conspire this just delayed our process of getting the certification we were looking for.Definitely not worth the money and time.On top of all if this I have been receiving calls and emails to take my reviews down if I want them to actually do what they said they would, place me in another class. This is unprofessional

  BEWARE! If I could give a zero I would. This organization should not be in business! I should've done my research before paying for the service as they have several reports with the BBB. It's been over 2 months since completing the boot camp and they have yet to provide anything that was promised to registrants. I know because I took the class with 2 other colleagues, Since completing the class they have gone *** on calls and emails. They not issued any exam vouchers, and although they've shared the link to class materials, we don't have access. They seem to be in the business of insuring failure not the success of it's registrants. Don't waste your time or money with this poor example of a training firm.

  Back in Nov 2022, I signed up and paid for in person project management prep course/boot camp in *********** scheduled for Jan 2023. It was cancelled. Don't recall reason but it was cool, no problem. Was given option to take online course and told if I wasn't satisfied, I can take the next in person one. I did online option which was EST- a 6 AM start time in CA. I purposely signed up for in person because I learn better that way. Well, I wasn't satisfied with online option so asked to be scheduled for next in person LA class. They scheduled me for one in 3 months later in Apr. Guess what, that got cancelled too. This cycle repeated itself 3 more times. 3 more times. In between I tried to get into a ********* course, which is a long but doable 2 hour drive; nope, couldn't. They offered me option to take in person course in ******* but their reimbursement offered for my trip wouldn't have covered all the expenses. Not to mention it was a major inconvenience to travel to another state.So this latest cancellation for Jul course, (next in person one in Aug) I said no, I want a full refund. As a reminder, my original class was scheduled in Jan and they've cancelled 4 times. They said no refund because I did virtual and requested to take in person so a refund is not possible. How am I supposed to take an in person class if Certification Academy keeps cancelling them!? It can't be due to lack of students in ***********. And with their track record, they can't even guarantee an in person class will ever take place.There is no consideration for the inconvenience of requesting days off from work and constantly rescheduling. They seem to think we have time to waste because of their poor planning and scheduling. Spread the word-DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING FROM CERTIFICATION ACADEMY.
