      The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions for clarification. It was very helpful to learn the course material in a practical order rather than how it is written in the ****** If you are able to take the course, do it.

      My agency sent me to Certification Academy for **** training. The instructor had deep knowledge of how to align risk management and governance processes to meet FAR/DFARS requirements and genuinely made the class genuinely enjoyable. The location was easy to get to, and lunch options nearby were great.***** B

      The Certification Academy PMP Boot Camp was the real deal. The instructor broke down complex concepts with ease and connected everything to real world applications. I especially appreciated the follow up videos and practice questions they gave us after class. The instructor was patient, responsive, and knew how to keep us engaged for hours. I passed my exam on the first try and felt confident doing it! Attending Certification Academy's Boot Camp was worth every *****.

      I completed the 4 day PMP boot camp with Certification Academy in Reston and had a great experience. The course was focused, the pace was good and exactly what I needed to get ready for the exam. My instructor, ***, was very helpful. He kept the class engaged and encouraged us the whole time. I feel more confident and ready to take the exam now. For what its worth I signed up very late - on Wednesday before class started and they were able to get my materials shipped and everything ready for me in time to study over the weekend.

      Absolute Nightmare - Stay Far Away from Certification Academy!If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Certification Academy for PMP training has been an unmitigated disaster and a complete rip-off. I signed up and paid $2000 back in January 2025, and since then, it's been a relentless cycle of cancellations and reschedules, month after ******** make matters worse, they have repeatedly canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, leaving me with non-refundable hotel bookings. The absolute worst instance was when they canceled with NO notification at all. I had to email them the Friday before the training was supposed to start just to confirm, and only then did they bother to inform me late in the afternoon that it was off. Had I not reached out, I would have shown up to a non-existent class.The mastermind behind this deceptive operation appears to be *****. She consistently provided false promises, even giving me a "personal guarantee" that the class would run, only for it to be canceled the Friday before the scheduled date. Furthermore, I was told they would call me at specific times, but those calls never materialized.They have flat-out refused to provide any refund, despite their egregious failures. This is a shady, unethical business that preys on people's desire for professional development. I'm now forced to file a chargeback with my credit card company, armed with all the email correspondence proving their deceptive practices.I deeply regret not reading reviews before signing up. Everyone considering this company should steer clear. I will also be consulting a lawyer regarding their business practices. How they've managed to stay in business this long is beyond comprehension considering they take your money and don't put you in classes or pay their instructors. Avoid them at all costs!

      I recently completed the *** course with Certification Academy and had a great experience from start to finish. The material was well-structured, aligned with the *** framework, and the instructor shared real-world examples that made the content easy to understand and apply. I also really appreciated the supportwhen I had questions before signing up, the customer service *** was friendly, responsive, and made everything simple. The course kept me engaged and fully p***ared me for the exam. Id definitely recommend Certification Academy to anyone looking to take a *** course.

      AVOID THIS program AT ALL COSTS! It needs a full investigation. I signed up for an in-person class, made extensive accommodations to attend, and just days before it was set to begin, they canceled it and pushed me to take the online version instead. When I declined, they claimed the course is non-refundable, despite them canceling it! I paid almost $3,000. I waited over a month, and never received my money. Every time I reach out, Im bounced between support and billing with no actual update. I had to reach out to my bank to dispute the charge and fight it.

      The *** boot camp from is excellent. The customer service is very responsive and the instructor for my course was very knowledgeable and helpful. The course was exceptionally well-organized, and the practice exams and score tracker made sense and made me feel very confident going into to the exam. Im happy to share that I successfully passed the *** exam on my first attempt, just a week after the boot camp finished.

      Everyone was extremely helpful and responsive over email. I had no problems getting my questions answered. The class was excellent and definitely prepared me for the *** exam. I would only recommend this class and company to anyone looking to pass the *** on their first try.
