    On May 12th I checked in a room at the premiere inn in ******* ******* around 5pm. After watching a *** basketball game around 11 pm I attempted to get some rest. I proceeded to pull the covers back then I noticed an abundance of small black bugs moving around slowly. I instantly became grotesque and grabbed all my belongings. I went to the front desk and complained to the receptionist who gave me a number to the manager informing me to call on Monday morning when the manager arrives to resolve my refund issue, then I just went to My work truck and slept in it because I was too tired to look for another hotel.. On Monday My father and I called for the manager named **** who explained she had to get an inspection 1st before she could refund and that the inspector should be there in *********************************** Since I didn't hear back on Wednesday May 17th I called on Thursday May 18th and was informed that they did not have the inspection yet. I quickly briefed my father and he immediately contacted the manager **** who on the contrary told my father that they did have an inspection and no bugs was found further stating that the room had tenants in there several nights. As my father begin to explain that I would not leave a hotel room and sleep in our work truck for nothing **** became irate yelling at my father telling him she doesn't have to explain nothing to him then hung up in his face. I am not asking for compensation but instead just want a refund on that hotel room that I didn't even stay overnight in.

    The place is a thief, criminal, ignorant and falsely advertises! I booked a room for two days went to my event and when I came back they had given my room to someone else and taken all my belongings out of it. The place did not look like the advertisement it was as if they took pictures of someone elses hotel and put them up on theirs. The room smelled heavy of bleach and looked like it should be a crime scene. No door to the shower. Shower curtain between the toilet and sink. they refused to give me my second night that was booked. I had to stay in another hotel across the street and repay again. The police had to be called and five cars pulled up. They told me theyre trying to shut the place down for drugging illegal activity! The clerk would not even speak to me and was rude and ignorant had her security guard come out to talk to me. There was another gentleman there also his things a bit taken out of his room.
