On May 12th I checked in a room at the premiere inn in ******* ******* around 5pm. After watching a *** basketball game around 11 pm I attempted to get some rest. I proceeded to pull the covers back then I noticed an abundance of small black bugs moving around slowly. I instantly became grotesque and grabbed all my belongings. I went to the front desk and complained to the receptionist who gave me a number to the manager informing me to call on Monday morning when the manager arrives to resolve my refund issue, then I just went to My work truck and slept in it because I was too tired to look for another hotel.. On Monday My father and I called for the manager named **** who explained she had to get an inspection 1st before she could refund and that the inspector should be there in *********************************** Since I didn't hear back on Wednesday May 17th I called on Thursday May 18th and was informed that they did not have the inspection yet. I quickly briefed my father and he immediately contacted the manager **** who on the contrary told my father that they did have an inspection and no bugs was found further stating that the room had tenants in there several nights. As my father begin to explain that I would not leave a hotel room and sleep in our work truck for nothing **** became irate yelling at my father telling him she doesn't have to explain nothing to him then hung up in his face. I am not asking for compensation but instead just want a refund on that hotel room that I didn't even stay overnight in.Initial Complaint

On march 13th I made reservations through booking.com for a stay at premier inn metro and I had a special request which was an early check in which I was informed via email that my request would be accommodated which is the only reason I agreed to make the reservation well after a few hours I called to confirm and was informed no early check in was available which I then requested a cancellation immediately then the hotel was informed of the the issue asking to wave the cancellation fee due to a misunderstanding on both ends and being that it was only 3 hours after I made the reservation to begin with I think it's unacceptable to have been charged $111.00 when I did cancel with them stressing my concern so not only was it inconvenient I also didn't have enough funds for another reservation because they decided to charge that ridiculous fee. I'm very dissatisfied and all I want is a refund of that cancellation fee to the account I used to hold the reservation to begin with that you for your time and helping me resolve this unfortunate event.Initial Complaint

I booked this room on Booking.com the pictures they show online is a very clean upkept place with clean walls pictures on the walls clean furniture, they charged my card on Saturday Jan 14th 2023 as agreed when we arrived we had checked in and went to our room it looked so scary and dirty nothing like what's advertised this room was non refundable and I didn't have the funds to book elsewhere at 7pm on January 17th 2023 we are not from the area so we stayed because I had no choice at this point I'm very upset at the false advertising online I would have NEVER booked if this is what was the motel looked like the room was filthy and the bed you laid on the springs it's not something they can accommodate or would have been willing toInitial Complaint

A security guard posted my personal information which is my state ID and the reason why the reason I was kicked out of the hotel and posted it on his social media for all his friends on social media to see he is a mutual friend with one of my friends and she saw the post and told him to delete it which he did but a lot of people saw it before he did and I know that that is illegal to post someone's personal information and this is the same security guard who kicked me out of the room
