1 starI would give negative stars if I could. We had an event at ********* which closed due to the weather and I provided every piece of documentation they asked for and extra and still denied me because;(The insurance you purchased only provides a refund for the specific reasons listed in the protection wording. In your situation, a refund is unavailable because: the Event was cancelled.)I ask you then what is the point of the insurance other than a money scam. This is absolutely ridiculous.

1 starMy car broke down 4 days before, but not 2 days before. You pay for protection and have to fight for protection? I hope you go bankrupt along with the amusement park.I would give a zero rating if I could.

1 starDo not purchase insurance from these thieves. I purchased tickets to Great Adventures for Mon Oct 13. There was a state of Emergency due to weather. I cancelled tickets and put in claim. Claim was denied for B.S reasons because I did everything on my part. Boycott these bastards!

1 starFan Shield is difficult company to work with. I went to the ** today (9/13/2025) and was put on a Z *** for an ear infection, advised to not workout. I am competing in a sprint triathalon on 9/19/2025. I attempted to contact Fan Shield and had such a misearable experience I decided to forget it. ***** this company.

1 starThis is SCAM this is a FRAUD A big SCAM a big FRAUD They work with booking hotel SCAMMERS they make you to *********** from them and tell they Need credit card on file but they Will not charge the card you will payto the hotel directly .Then they charged the card all the amount without your Permission and then they tell you you have insurance with yhis companyCall them they will return the money They stole from your card ?UnbelievableEven after we provided the hospital Documents for the refund They refuse the refund the money they Stole! Its a big SCAM. Its a big FRAUD something unbelievable THIS IS A SCAM THiS IS A FRAUD! We will report to scammers!!!!

1 starAbsolute waste of money to buy this insurance as any incident requiring you to request a refund requires an unreasonable amount of documentation. Without extensive documentation the refund wont be approved. They make their money promising peace of mind then rejecting almost every claim.

1 starIf I could give minus stars I would. There policy is terrible. If you can't make an event, you are just out the money. I use them through my government employer, and this is what I get. I am reporting this to my administration. This is a terrible way to do business.

1 starSeems to be nearly a scam, the sort of "insurance" that will not be honored under any possible pretense. If you complain they may offer to refund your initial insurance cost, which seems like a very sleazy business model: so long as you don't need the insurance you pay full price, otherwise you can have your premium back (but not the ticket cost).

1 starIf i could give negative stars i would. Beware: this is a predatory 3rd party insurance, that deceives customers into thinking they are simply buying an assurance that hotel stays, at Hilton no less, can be refunded. They are slippery as eels and twice as ugly. You're very unlikely to get a refund from this company, they deliberatly make it nearly impossible. Avoid like the plague.

1 starThey get zero stars They get zero stars. I cancelled a trip to **************** in ********* and I am fighting to get a full refund. I've sent documentation from my doctor showing why I had to cancel, and then I was asked to provide my bank account info to get my REFUND!!!! ****!
