  ***********************, Senior Analyst was awesome in helping us as a 1st time precious metals buyers and especially as we are nearing retirement and what to do. All the many hours she spent making sure we understood what she was telling us and walking us through the education of buying gold and silver and the how to preserve our wealth.   *****************************, Analyst at ITM Trading is an incredible teacher with patience to answer multiple questions ( and sometimes twice or 3 times). He calculated his suggestions based on our questions, concerns, goals, desires and amounts we considered investing. After the initial decision I had a little concern on the investing amount and he assured and rested my concerns by readjusting things . He didn't push at all and I find a great level of trust through his knowledge and methods of conveying it all along with a care for our wellbeing. I'm grateful to have been referred to him.
