From a **********************, it is very comforting to be able to talk to a real person when you call the company's phone number, especially at a time when you need guidance in your decision-making task at hand. As a first-time gold and silver purchaser, I can't thank **************** enough for his patience and counsel in addressing my questions and concerns. He spent nearly an hour with me on the initial strategy call and another hour a few days later going over his researched list of suggested coin purchases. In between, after messaging him with some specific coin preferences, he was quick to reply, informing me as to what was currently available. The entire process from initial contact to coins in hand took a mere two weeks, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. I was impressed with ******** knowledge base and his obvious desire to provide me with the best possible coin portfolio to provide for my future financial stability. I would like to thank **** for his professionalism and expertise in helping me with my gold purchase. Although I had watched numerous ITM Trading videos on ******** I was still somewhat nervous since the whole concept of purchasing gold requires us to think outside the box of what we've been told our entire lives. However, **** patiently educated me on the history of gold as well as the current trends of the global economy, which made me feel comfortable in making my purchase decisions. Highly Recommend. ***** is extremely knowledgeable about the metals and how to craft together a secure financial plan with my hard earned money. ***************************** is my Senior Analyst, and he did a great job of taking the time to educate me on the history of gold, the financial markets, and the dollar. He listened to what my financial goals are and put a plan together for me. He put a portfolio together with me for the best gold coins to choose. He also continues to keep me updated on what is going on in the financial markets as things move ahead. Hes also easily accessible to answer any questions I have. I can't say enough good things about my analyst, *******************. In my first meeting with her she provided a complete backdrop of the different types of precious metals and the history behind them. From that point of clarity, she sent me more in depth material providing me with all the information I needed to make an educated decision about my investment. On top of her exceptional knowledge in the field is what I consider to be a rare authentic kindness that one does not run into often. She listened thoughtfully to my needs and helped me design a ************* that aligned perfectly to my situation and goals for the future.
