Veterans discrimination! I was referred to C.O.R.E. by the VA. After having every exray, pet scan and cat scan for rotator cuff surgery, then scheduled for surgery. The day before surgery their office called and canceled the procedure, stating they didn't have approval from the VA. After I had contacted the VA myself, they had everything approved and sent a letter to confirm the authorization. Still puzzled, why would any professional go through all the motions of scheduling and then cancel surgery saying they had no confirmed authorization when they had it all along? Likewise CORE never followed up and rescheduled. I was told the Dr. had the final word on its disapproval. He should have called me directly instead of a clerk. Very poor bedside manner!

I was scheduled a month in advance for a spinal ablation. I got a phone call the day before letting me know that my authorization was still pending. Come to find our, it was submitted the day before my procedure. To make it worse, I'm moving out of state at the end of the month. Also, this is the third time this exact incompetence has happened. The doctors are wonderful, but that's about all I can say positively about the *****

After initial visit which was good....nobody returns calls...no answers to our questions...seems no one gives a ****.Would not recommend them. Suppose to be such a fine institute....NOT.My husband is a veteran and got better care at the VA, which is not known for caring either...so sad these drs don't give a **** about their patients.

Do not go to this place! The nurses that injected my thumbs did so in the wrong place twice and caused more damage. We found this out becuase the pain worsened after the injections and caused scarring and lightening of the skin. We finally found a competent doctor who told us the injections were not placed inside the joint where they shouldve been. this place should be shut down! The injections that were placed in the knees caused permanent numbness in the foot! Now I cant feel my pinky toe at all. Beware!!!!

Dr. *********************** at the Core Institute screwed my hip labral surgery up and he Lied about why I was not getting better. I have struggled off and on since this surgery in 2021 and as I read these reviews, I had all the same issues with the medical staff, communications and full on EVADING my post-surgery care. When I did research into what he actually did in the procedure which he did not tell me about, I found out later that he put plastic anchors into my hip joint and DISLOCATED my hip. He did damage to my SI joint, my nerves and tendons surrounding my hip. I never had a chance to get better after what he did. I was better having NEVER visited that clown. I have talked with many lawyers about this Malpractice. What the Core Institute doctors know how to do is Run out the Clock on the Statute of Limitations of 2 years. This is why they don't help you very much after surgery and they don't take your calls. ************ should LOSE HIS LICENSE. CORE ********************** Surgery Center SHOULD have a CLASS ACTION SUIT and they should be SHUT DOWN. If you are a lawyer reading these I am sure you see Overwhelming Negative reviews here. These Clowns made my life Very difficult and as you can see, I am not the only one.

I was going to the car over there for over two years. Ive had trigger shots and I have had a corduroyed shots in my back and up girls. Unfortunately, one of my epidural appointments turned into a disaster for me. I was mistreated and thrown into a chair from the back of my pants, two of them did it, find out later I had a hairline fracture where they pulled me by my underwear up, lift me up into the air. All I can say is I hope it doesnt happen to somebody else but I change doctors and got my **** out of that core as soon as I could , now Im living with a hairline fracture that I barely get around without my ****** because of it. I was walking with a cane pretty good until that accident happened now Im completely with a ******.

Had epidural steroid injection on Friday and on Saturday had issue where I could not stand up from a seated position (took me 1/2 to be able to move) called doc and they said this was a normal thing that could happen from the epidural injection. I was able to move slowly rest of day and then that night could NOT walk again (sharp shooting pain down entire leg side and back) Sunday and still unable to walk in an upright position. Its Monday and getting worse and I have called the doctors office 2 times and sent a portal message and no one getting back to me. I need some type of pain meds or to be seen so I can walk. ?? This procedure has made me worse than I was for last 6 months managing my pain on my own with Tylenol/Advil. Are they not calling back because they screwed up my procedure? (Possible arachnoid membrane damage which causes muscle weakness and nerve atrophy). This is a pain management doctor and Im having pain like never before from the procedure he said would help me feel better. I wasnt in this much pain before and could walk upright!

Horrible! ************* was arrogant and very rude. He said he "wouldn't touch me" about my foot problem and "I'm sure you can find someone in town who will operate on you". He must have missed the compassion class in medical school.

I received a letter on ****, which I did not open till I returned to AZ in Oct. stating that they had an overpayment on my account of $18.94. They said they could not contact me. They had my tel. # on file for over 4 years,I have called them numerous times requesting a check and received promises. On Dec 24 I received another letter saying they were working on the repayment and a Rep. would call me shortly. Never received a Telephone call, or check. Called again and the billing agent said she would accelerate the request through her mgr. It is now **** and no contact, no check. This Medical Practice lacks integrity, honesty and their license should be pulled.
