      Took 3-4 hours for approval, and they did not pay the whole amount. I ended up paying $400 out of my pocket. Not recommended.

      I have receipts and records.... SilverRock warranty company needs to be investigated for fraudulent practices.... They know that they have repair facilities within the network that take advantage of their customers. ******* uses ********************** as a warranty company and they are very aware of SilverRock practices. Unfortunately we are made to deal with this shady warranty company. ******* should take accountability for SilverRock practices and SilverRock should take accountability for the repair and towing companies that they use. Very bad experience with SilverRock and Carvana.... I am out of ******* on a rental because they kept sending me to different repair facilities that couldn't work on my vehicle. These facilities did not follow proper claim procedures which ended up costing me money. Just Tires on 3 Notch Rd, AAMCO on 3 Notch Rd, and SoMD AutoWorks in *****... Did not follow proper claim procedures. They couldn't work on my vehicle and they never notified SilverRock!!! As a consumer we do not know how a repair facility is supposed to handle a claim. However, they will explain to you that they have to charge you upfront for diagnostic fees and then you can get reimbursement through your warranty company. Crazy part is that I had not even had my car for a week before I started experiencing issues.... Never deal with a company that says that they reimburse you!!!

Its important to note that every customer receives a copy of the Limited Warranty terms at the time of vehicle purchase, along with a copy of their *************** Contract, if applicable. These documents detail the maximum allowable rental reimbursement amounts allocated for covered breakdowns.       I highly recommend not buying cars from *******. This is my second purchase. They delayed the delivery for another week. The day before delivery, they called to ask if I wanted to reschedule for another week since the car backup camera did not work and asked if I still wanted the car. They would repair the backup camera on my own time. I agreed to take the delivery. Upon delivery, the car had so many visible issues. The cracked windshield burned up the taillight, All the trim under the hood was loose, and all the hardware was lying around the engine bay. We could not check the oil level or if there was any oil level since the sensor was not working. The steering wheel was badly crooked when the dealer inspected it. It had the wrong bolt for the suspension. Luckily, no one got hurt or got into an accident if the suspension bolt had broken off.I called Carvana, and they said Silver Rock warranty will take care of it. Well, what warranty will fight you for every *****? They don't even cover the whole thing for the suspension and will not cover the cracked windshield. It took so long that it's past the grace ******* and I can't return the car. Both purchased cars had more issues than were disclosed, and it's too late to return them because the process takes so long. It's a total scam. I'm glad I did not get an extended warranty from Silver Rock. Do not recommend wasting your money on Carvana or their Silver Rock warranty. They will cheat you if the cars they sell are terrible, and don't expect Carfax to show the entire history of the vehicle as they know very well how to cheat the system because the wack job of the suspension is not in the history who did it.

      I had an issue with the ***air shop that SilverRock sent me to. ********* was rude and unresponsive and had my car for over 1 month for a transmission ***air ( i called after a week inquiring about my car and was told not to call again for at least 2 more weeks). I called SilverRock and spoke to someone on the executive team and they assured me that they would file a complaint with *********. I called SilverRock to get the complaint number since i am having issues with the new transmission that ********* put in ( they also damaged my turbo piping when transmission was put in , Silverock sent me to another ***air shop since i was having so much trouble with *********) . The transmission was put in August 10, 2024 and has already failed with ****** miles. I spoke with a *** from SilverRock named ****** and he said i am out of warranty with SilverRock and nothing he could do including looking the complaint about ********* up. I was leery about taking my car to ********* to ***lace a transmission but was assured by SilverRock that they were a preferred supplier and I should not ******** ASSURED THAT I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO ********** I BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM CARVANNA WITH A SLIPPING TRANSMISSION THAT THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD FIX . NOW STUCK WITH A HUGE BILL I SHOULD NOT BE. I am stranded with a car that had a poorly refurbisherd transmission

      Both major components of car engine and transmission went out and swiftly replaced Im so grateful for the support and attention to my needs as a working mother I needed this situation handled quickly and it was faster than expected. My experience was uncomplicated and even though it was a severe problem it had a wonderful outcome.

      Please beware of this company. After my motor blew in my car purchased through carvana, silver rock, whom I paid addituonaly for coverage, had a used motor installed in my car and I still had to pay $500 out of pocket. 3 weeks after the used motor was installed, my vehicle began to leak oil. I contacted silver rock, which they told me that the used motor was covered for 1 year, plus I would get rental reimbursement and they would pay for a 1 hour diagnosis., I was told by them to take it back to the mechanic that installed the used motor, which is 1 hr and 1/2 away from where I live, just to be denied any repairs, diagnosis reimbursement and car rental. I was lied to and misled. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get a used motor fixed that they had installed. I am hrs away from home and have to miss 2 days of work. They are deceitful and I hate the day I ever did business with such a disgusting business.

      Your response is for me to contact you again? For a third time? After I was left stranded at the mechanics, 1 1 1 /2 hrs away from my home? The mechanic shop contacted Sulver Rock, I called Silver Rock and was told I'm on my own. No repairs will be covered. I've paid everything out of pocket. I need a car to fet to work and now I'm told to call? That's ******* want to sound as if you give adamn, when you do t. I was lied to and now you want to comment a ridiculous response, when it should have been handled correctly and honestly the first time. Silver rock had the mechanic instal a used, faulty motor, Ivdrove tge xar for 3 weeks and the motor started loosing oil. I was told the motor is covered. That's was a lie. Only inside components are covered but if it leaks, it's my problem. Anyone knows that's not right and silver rock screwd me just like they do many other unfortunate people. Yall should be ashamed of yours selves.

      I have had my car a little over a year now. At the beginning of Jan2025 my wrench light appeared on my dash I contact silver rock which provided me a preferred vendor that they are contracted with by the name of Successions automotive in Conyers GA the owner and mechanic goes by the name of chief looked over my car and indicated that the cause was my turbo and catalytic converter. He went ahead and submitted a claim to silver rock which they approved the claim for the turbo. The mechanic had my car from 1/3/25 to 1/27/25 he indicated that he had changed my turbo and I could my car up. I picked up my car noticed that my car was riding terrible when I got home opened the hood to my car making a noise and my whole motor shaking at that point I contacted silver rock they said that I would have to call the mechanic shop upon doing so he said that he has done everything he could. I then took my car to the **** dealership to get a second opinion and due to them not being a "preferred vendor" I would have to pay more if any additional claims were filed. I waited a couple of days to now find out my alternator, turbo, catalytic converter was all bad. I asked the dealership if they could please double check the turbo due to it recently being changed. After several days **** indicated that my turbo was never changed. I also contacted silver rock which states that I would need to provide proof. The **** dealership then provided a video with my car on a lift in full detail that my turbo wasnt changed I gave that to silver rock. Now Silver rock has the proof that it wasnt ever changed told me that I would have to go back to the shady mechanic. i have done everything that they asked of me and still no help. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!

      I have Never Been through so many unnecessary situations and unprofessional things like what Ive experienced with SilverRock ***************** they dont want to honor there warranty claims, they Deny claims that should be covered, I had to pay Out of pocket for a Throttle Body part that is on top of my engine in my 2018 **** Escape, its attached to the Engine and plays a huge part in the Air Floor to the Engine and SilverRock Refuses to cover it! Im going to contact the Better Business Bureau and ****** ****** from **** Channel 11 News to get some help concerning why they refuse to pay for it! I also went through them Denying to cover the issue with my Engine Replacement after I had just purchased my SUV, I only had it for 7 days and the check engine light came on and the Engine needed to be replaced and they refused to cover it but thankfully it was covered under factory warranty. I wouldnt Refer SilverRock to Anyone, they take Your Money and do Not Honor the warranty, My Name is ******* ******, and I will Never buy another car that is covered by the warranty company with Silver Rock, several car dealerships and car repair companies Do Not like dealing with them, Ive been turned away from repair shops after I tell them that I am with Silver Rock, so Please Beware of them and let your family and friends know to Never Buy a car that is covered by Silver Rock!!!!!

      Bought my vehicle from drive time and 3 months later my transmission goes out. I took my vehicle to the shops recommended and both shops made repairs and said the jerking I was experiencing wasnt transmission related. Now I am unable to drive my vehicle or pay for a new transmission which should of been covered under my original claim. I spoke with management and no help or consideration to cover repair costs. A new transmission is $7900 which I cant afford

      Absolutely worst dealership ever. Bought a car from the Drive time *********, ** location 3 weeks ago and the transmission blew today my boyfriend and I haven't even put 1500 miles on the car. We called drivetime to return the vehicle the said they would put us in a car with more miles and a bigger car payment. Um no thanks. We called drivetime customer loyalty center and spoke to ****** who was very rude and un helpful, and told us to bad we can only return the vehicle before 5 days that we have to go through the repair process. OK fine we called Silverrock the warranty company to set up a rental which we were then told we have to pay out of pocket and they only reimburse up to $300. My car is going to be in the shop for at least 5 weeks. Silverrock only covers 30$ a day or 300$ total at Enterprise, but the cheapest car on their contract with Enterprise is $47 a day so the total would be $1809 up front which we don't have and we would only be reimbursed $300. So not only do I have to pay my car payment for a car I'm not driving Silverrock wants us to pay $1500 for a rental car because they sell crappy cars. Absolutely worse customer service ever. I wish we never bought this car. Their warranty company ***** and is so unhelpful. Please please don't make the same mistake.
