GravyStack (now called DinnerTable) is a financial literacy application for families/children. We paid for a one year membership to the service which costs $100. We used the app for our children to complete "chores" and earn money, which went into a GravyStack managed bank account that they could then spend using a Debit Card. In the last few months, GravyStack has decided to change their business model and they've transitioned to a new name called DinnerTable. The new service is free but doesn't support the Chores/Bank Account. We were supposed to receive a check which was supposed to include the balance of our kid's accounts ($190.33), plus our "Parent Wallet" balance, plus a refund for the membership since they have dissolved the service. Supposedly the check was mailed in June but I have not received it. GravyStack support directed me to their bank (Lineage - REMOVEDwhich I contacted but I have not heard back from the bank or from GravyStack. To resolve this issue, I would like GravyStack to send me the money in the accounts that I can no longer access/move via the App as well as my refund that I am due because they changed to a free service.
