    My parents are in their eighties and they rented a house on ******************************************************. They were such a bad management. They lived in the house for eight years and the management never painted or cleaned the house in all those years that my parents lived there. When they moved out we the kids hired a cleaning company and they cleaned the whole house but the management company sent us pictures complaining about the grout being dirty and telling us that we had to clean the grout and clean the carpet and the shelves being scratched when they didnt even paint the house or cleaned the carpet all the eight years my parents lived there. They took the whole deposit and asked for $750 extra. This is the worst company that anyone should rent from. They should never be in business as they rip people apart. I know they discriminated against my parents because they are old. Be careful and never rent from this property.

    I have been trying to get information on when I will receive my security deposit and we have been redirected many times. We submitted keys on March 30th and our lease ended March 31st. When calling them on the 3rd week of April, the rep told us that we submitted keys on April 4th which explains the delay in the check. This is not possible as our family submitted keys on the 30th. Wed like to see the signed copy of our submission of the keys stating we submitted this on the 4th because we absolutely did not do this. It is also suspicious as from what I recall of our move-out notice, we would be paying a late penalty if we did not submit it before our move-out date which is why we submitted them on the 30th. Are they doing this purposely to deduct our check for a late penalty? When calling them on the last week of April to inquire *again* of when we will receive the security deposit, we were told that all requests must be submitted by email. I submitted an email on 04/27. I write this review on the 04/28 because I would suspect a simple inquiry regarding when the check was sent would be a quick thing to respond to. However, I have still not been responded to. I complain because pursuant to my rights as a tenant in AZ, there is a 14-day turnaround from move out of when my security deposit would be postmarked through first class mail and sent back to me. It has been beyond this point. Its been a whole month! Because of them lying to my family of when we submitted our keys, because of how long its been to get my security deposit check and because its been difficult to get an answer, I am writing this review. This business does not care about its tenants. I paid all bills on time, took care of the property well (the property investigator when we did our lease renewal who told us of how thorough we cleaned the property) and submitted only reasonable complaints to the property. You can be the best tenant possible and they will still treat you bad. Stay away!

    Sketchy company. Put in an application, tried calling to follow up they said ***** but ********* can tell us anything we were told we were the first applicants and would hear back shortly (we have a Great credit score and Decent income)... And ******* doesn't have a number, you have to email and wait 3- 4 business days to get an email back about an application. Would not trust renting from this company seems like a complete scam
