    ****** to the highest extent. We rented with them from Jan 2023-Jan 2025. Lease could not expire fast enough. They are now trying to charge us fees for things that we put in work orders for that were never addressed. I can't even log into the portal where I made the work orders, anymore. Also charging us $75 for 3 dumpsters full of trash after move out, that were disposed of on trash day. We paid $400 for deep cleaning of our carpets when we were moving out, and these crooks are trying to charge us for cleaning dirty carpets. They are trying to charge us for additional things that were already wrong with the house. Not only are they not refunding our almost $1800 security deposit, they added additional fees close to $900, resulting in them concluding that we owed almost $900 on a crappy house. They never offered to do an end of lease walk through when we returned our keys, and we were ridiculous for not requesting it. I can't believe that we ever moved into that house 2 years ago. We needed to leave our apartment due to needing more space when I got pregnant, and was in desperate need of a house. Found this place immediately, and took it. Worst mistake. So glad the lease is up but now I have to fight ridiculous fees that these crooks are charging us. Please take note: don't do business with these people, ever!

    The company and *************** were recommended to me a few months ago. I was interested in having a roof replaced and I took the opportunity of scheduling an appointment to meet and discuss the replacement. That was a very easy and effortless task to obtain the appointment. Within a few days *************** visited the home, inspected the roof, took measurements and the information of what I needed. In about two days he provided me with an estimate. Needless to say, he was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. After all the materials for the roof were delivered his team was at my home the next day removing the old shilgles and preparing to install the new ones. The workers themselves were also very polite, respecfful and pfofessional. When the job was done within three days, the lawn and driveway were left extremely clean. I am very satisfied with the company and the job and will be very happy to use their services again.

    I have been an Ultimate Properties customer for close to 20 years. They are the easiest property manager that I work with for my multiple rentals.     I am a property owner and overall have had a great experience with the team. It started a little ***** with main repair contact but ever since ***** has taken over everything has been seamless. The team is caring and empathetic to both the tenant and owners situations. They are great at finding tenants too which makes me feel comforted that my home is being well taken care of.

    After being a real estate broker for thirty years, I had to select a property management company in order to be able to move out of town for retirement. Ultimate Properties has been managing my rental home for almost three years. During this time I have referred them to my own daughter and some of my best friends.
