    They have managed my properties for over 10 years. Have been very happy with them regarding all aspects of my properties, whether they have to do with maintenance, finding new tenants, dealing with HOA's, etc. I highly recommend them.

    We have been using Ultimate Properties for the last 4 years. They have been on top of all issues. The communication is excellent and they have been able to keep our property full and the tenants have been great. The property has been well taken care of because of the quality of tenants that Ultimate Properties has. They are very good at making sure the tenants are qualified.

    I live in ******** with my rental property in *********** so I rely heavily on a local property management team to keep me informed and manage all rental aspects. My rental property was 1980s vintage so it required a major upgrades and maintenance. A year & a half ago I changed property management to Ultimate Properties and have not been disappointed. The Ultimate Team flawlessly managed a $70K property renovation that allowed me to modernize both the homes interior and landscaping as well as increase the rental revenue substantially. Both **** ****, the Owner, and ****** *****, the General Manager, were personally involved. The Ultimate Team hired their preferred professional contractors for the upgrades, inspected their work and kept me informed of the renovations progress. Its comforting to have a management team that is so dedicated, I highly recommend Ultimate Properties if you have rental assets.
