- Refund and Exchange Policy
- 1.) Maverick accepts returns within (30) days of invoice date, otherwise return will not be accepted.
2.) A 25% non-negotiable restock charge applies to all returns.
3.) Adhesive, Grout, Thinset, Carpet and Vinyl sheet are non-returnable.
4.) Refunds are issued by check only.
5.) No returns will be accepted for opened boxes, signs of tampering, taped, ripped, or damaged. Moulding cannot be returned if material is painted, cut, and/or damaged.
6.) Material returned must be in good saleable condition. Only full cartons are accepted.
7.) We will not be responsible for any damage/loss of any material leaving our premises.
