    I am so impressed with *************************, community manager at GUD Management. She has been our community manager for only two months and she has already made a difference in the appearance of our community. She has resolved problems that we had been trying for literally years to get resolved by our previous manager. ***** is professional, responsive, and polite to homeowners. She responds to emails within minutes, which as an HOA Board president, I really appreciate. ***** is a wonderful partner and she has made my job as an HOA Board member so much easier.

    In the 5 years that we've lived at our residence, we have had 3 or 4 management companies and only one had a Community Manager who was ON TOP OF THINGS and very responsive to any and all inquiries or requests that I had. Snow Property Management was that company and they were acquired by GUD Community Management, who recently took over after a very brief stint by a property management company whose name I deliberately have forgotten - THANK GOODNESS! ************************* was our Community Manager when Snow was in place and now she is back with GUD and we all couldn't be happier. She really raises the bar as far as reponsiveness, completing tasks that she promises she will do and showing that she actually cares about her job and the people she serves. I hope GUD stays put as our Management Company for the very long term.
