5 starsI cannot thank Semper Fi and ******************* enough for coming to our rescue when our AC went out. **** is a genius. He identified and fixed the problem quicker than I could have ever imagined. It was like magic! He also talked us through how an AC works, and how things could go wrong with age. In past experiences, people in the service industry just waned to sell me something and leave quickly. Not ****. He **** diagrams, used words I understood, and asked many time if I had questions and whats more, genuinely wanted me to be knowledgeable about my homes hvac. Buy something as expensive as an AC unit is nerve-wracking and **** really made us feel as ease with our purchase and valued as a customer. 5 starsBack in August my 10+ yr old AC needed maintenance. I was aware at some point I would need a new HVAC system, but didn't think I was financially capable of that kind of purchase at the moment. ******************, did his magic and got my AC running but for how long no one knew. Fast forward to my birthday Sept. 28th. Loud outside unit noises, turned off for night since it's cooling down at night. Next morning....buzzing/loud noise. Called them, scheduled appointment. Sure enough need new unit. ****************** got it up and running again and I decided it was time to at least investigate if I could get financing. This company is truly amazing. Being a widow and taking on full financial responsibilities of running a household etc has been very overwhelming. He asked what my budget was and went to work finding something suitable for me. I got approved and my install was scheduled for 10/5. Two gentlemen arrived early and walked me through the process & answered all questions. Apart from the noise (expected) you wouldn't have known they were inside my house. They were very personable and considerate of my two dogs (one of which is very protective). When finished gentleman walked me through everything that they completed with accompanying photos. The last installation company did a horrendous job (pre-install photos provided from current install gentleman). The new unit is spectacular and upon inspection (as well as photos) I can tell that they took their time, insuring that everything was done correctly and even cleaned up old garbage left behind from previous installers. This company is Veteran owned & operated, they are very professional, personable, and truly want all customers to be satisfied with everything they do and will jump through hoops to help customers in any way. My husband was a USAF Veteran, so this company is a permanent fixture in household maintenance list.
