1 starI would like to start off that I am frustrated enough to make an account just so this review is captured :). I paid this company $10,500 to replace my A/C Unit. The installers showed up late. They took until 7:30p.m. to finish the install. While installing, they blew a fuse in my apartment. So, I paid them $10,500 to no longer have A/C, Oven, Washer, Dryer, or Hot Water. Fun Fact: It was 29 degrees Fahrenheit this morning. The first time I called. They did not take any notes or set anything up even though they said they did. The second time I called they took notes, but still did not get back to me about anything they said they would get back to me about. The third time I talked to the install manager, but he also did not get back to me or give me any firm times to fix anything. I have been told 3 times things will be fixed. It has been 7 Days since my apartment has been operational. I was just told I have to wait yet another day for them to come fix the mistake they made. I have currently paid this company $10,500 to have them break my apartment for 8 days. They "say" they will fix it tomorrow, but they have already lied to me at least 4 times about promises to deliver services. Why should I believe they will actually fix it? I have not formally filed any legal action against the company. However, I have taken the number from the ********************************. I am starting with this review in the hopes that maybe it will help someone in the future make a different decision. Thank you.Ethan C

They did actually send someone out to look at the issue. The technician informed me that the installers created a high voltage short, which damaged the sequencer. This makes the entire unit unusable. It also seems the technician does not have this part on hand and is not able to obtain the part. He calls his boss to try and make time to help my situation because it has been such a terrible experience. However, his boss told him to wrap things up and they will figure it out at a later date. So the technician wanted to help me, but cannot because his boss told him not too. I am simply astounded. This is unbelievable. I am now going to need to call them for the 5th time to figure out when they maybe will eventually get around to fixing the ***** NEW A/C that I have already purchased. This is just criminal. I am dumbfounded by this situation.

To follow up with the above feedback, we do value all of our homeowners, and will be out on Monday to replace the defective equipment as discussed with our Install Manager today. The company did send two new employees to fix the problem. They pulled out the defective/damaged wiring in the A/C Handler and replaced it. They also replaced the initial issue as well. So now everything appears to be working. They did still show up late and they still did not have the filters for the Unit. So I need to go get it myself. I needed to clean up the area slightly because loose wiring and cables were left in the gravel outside the apartment. Sigh. I guess thanks for making the situation right after all the hassle I went through. It is just a shame the situation had to be this way.Review fromFlorencio P

5 starsGreat company they showed up the same day and pretty quickly. Assessed my system and I had my heater warming up my house within 30 minutes.. I called Semper Fi a few years ago for my A/C unit. Different guy, same great experience. 5 starsSemper Fi did the six-month follow-up inspection after the installation of the heat pump in July 2023. **** was great! He was professional, friendly, on time, and explained everything he was doing in detail. He offered the suggestion to install a surge protector, which I agreed would be helpful. 5 starsThe tech called me on his way over to my house and it's a good thing, because I was still asleep. He showed up and I had some questions and he answered them and proceeded to start his work. He performed the work proficiently and efficiently. The crane showed and removed the old unit, set new one in place. He continued his job and when finished outside, came in to replace old thermostat. Checked to see if unit was operating the way it should. Everything seemed to work well. Finished and off he went. Semper Fi tech installed and finished job in a professional timely manner.
