5 starsIt was finally time to replace my A/C, have been using Semper Fi to keep my old one running, so trusted them to help me get a new one. ****** came out, took lots of pictures to show that my old A/C was ready to be replaced and showed me many options for a replacement. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Decided on the right A/C for my home and ****** went over all the options and prices and said it could be installed the following day. Early yesterday morning, ***************************** and ************************* showed up, explained what what would be happening next and they got right to work. In a couple of hours, the crane came, took off the roof the old A/C and put on the new one. ****************made sure the thermostat was working correctly and again took many pictures to show me how the new A/C fit perfectly on my roof and said to call Semper Fi if I encountered any problems at all. They cleaned up everything and put it in a pile for another company to take it all away, which they did, about an hour after the Semper ******* left. It was all done very professionally and everything was explained, as they did the job, and everyone was very nice and patiently answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Semper Fi if you need a new A/C. Thank you.

Fast appointment. ****** was the tech, he let me know when he was on his way, and even let me know when he was close so I could put our dogs up. He was efficient, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly. And he was super nice, respectful and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend this company! 5 starsI was having this service done in my home in ******* while I was in ******* so I especially appreciated how patient and professional Junior was. He explained everything so well that I felt confident enough to set up installation of new hot water tank with Semper fi( I usually get a second opinion) on the spot! 5 starsHaving purchased heat pump last spring they will do a yearly check up and also give our water heater a check up. The young man who performed the water heater check was courthouse and friendly and efficient. Performed his tast, cleaned up and gave us a run down of our water heaters condition. 5 starsThey were able to give me a quote over the phone same day. Most companies I called wouldn't until they could come and physically assess the water heater. ****** allowed me to text them a picture. They could have come that same day but I had appointments so they came the next day. After *******, the technician left, I had some follow up concerns and he answered them even though it was in the evening hours. Having many family members being Veterans, I liked dealing with the Veteran owned company and appreciated the Veteran discount.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC
