1 starSFH&C came out on Monday for a service call. It was determined that our two units were in need of repair or replacing. We decided to replace both units and they came the next day to install. **** was our original Service Tech and was great to work with and very knowledgeable but unfortunately it went downhill from there. The Installers were efficient and respectful but nothing has gone right since. A few hours after the Installers left, the ** upstairs and down went out. They called the original installer back to the house and they found out the fuses in both units had blown and needed to be fixed. A second installer had to come help the first seeing as it was 7:30 PM and we were trying to get our kid to bed. They fixed it and left. The next morning (today) the ** went out again and they had the original installers come out again. The upstairs fuse had blown for a second time so they had to rewire everything. They left after about an hour or two and since then the ** won't turn off now at all. When we try to turn it off the heat turns on. Add to all of that they just sent us someone else's information (invoice with another name, phone number and address). I wanted so badly to love this company given their appreciation of veterans but we've been severely underwhelmed. For the amount of money we just spent with them I expected more. I'm at a point where I just want them to take all of their products out of my home.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC
