2 starsInstallation last year was a nightmare, multiple failed parts and techs either being hours late and or staying to nearly midnight multiple times only for my wife and ****** to discover the mistake the tech had overlooked.Hours and hours on the phone coordinating all the issues having to explain our situation countless times and finally get a small discount.One year out for our annual inspection, the tech comes and says our motherboard is ******** and should need over $1000 dollars of additional "protections" Why weren't these installed at the begginining if it was so important?!? Because it's a scare tactic to upsale us. Even after all the misery they made us endure, they try and squeeze even more. How many old people fall for these cruel ploys from a company that "cares". Disgusting. To top it off, when I was asked to leave a review, an option said whether my experience was good or bad. When I clicked bad, the review is not posted online, only internally. Laughable, no wonder their online reviews are so skewed. A company that does good work SHOULDN'T need to obscure criticism.Review fromEdward H

5 starsGreat company to work with. Had them install new HVAC that was 22 years old. I felt the price was fair and their reviews were good. They did such a good job I had them cone out and reset one of my toilets that was leaking. Another clean and efficient job. Yesterday the were out and did a water heater check and drain.
