"Took my Buick Encore in for a oil change $REMOVEDand ask for courtesy car wash, once completed sales REMOVEDapproached me in the waiting area, of course showed me recommendations,of an brake fluid and transmission fluid change, which I refused , than told me I was missing an lug nut, I explained that the lug nut wasn't missing I had just checked the air in all the tires and all the lug nuts were there, a customer service REMOVEDclaimed he took pictures,which I know he didn't, I watched as he drove the car to the back, he claimed had had pictures, so I asked to see them, he claimed he couldn't bring the the pictures up and need to have his mgr help him, as he went to the back I looked at my charges and noticed they a charge for fuel cleaner that I didn't authorize. He came back with the pictures but noticed one thing the pictures and how the car came in didn't matched, the car completely dirty, so I asked where did he get the picture he said it was a picture from nov, and it was missing then, so I asked why didn't they inform if that was the case?" ...
