      Absolute Nightmare!!!!! Purchased an suv and the person detailing it scratched and dented vehicle. It took 2 months several trips and multiple days of waiting for hours to have them fix it. ***** the finance guy messed up a name on our paper work as well as lost our original purchase agreement and 3 months later still cant get our car registered. Again after several phone calls and trips I have a brand new car that I cant even get a license plate for. The guy is a complete idiot. They also try to charge about 10k more in person than their prices listed online. If you want to pay a car payment on a car you cant drive go here. Most unorganized dealer I have ever seen.

      We purchased a 2019 ***** Accord on September 14th. Drove great, looked great. Fun sporty car for SAHM and kids for library trips and grocery shopping. September 15th, went grocery shopping and all lights on dashboard go on. Kinda scary. Notified sales lady, and took car in on September 16th. They indicated that it was loose battery cable. Fine, picked up car. Again, on September 27, same issue. Called again, took in October 3. They cannot figure out the reason and recommend to send to original dealer. We felt that this was their issue since it was such a recent purchase. We were told to make appointment at ***** dealer and they would take the car. They dropped the car on October 7, and we were notified by ***** that the tail light has moisture causing the issue and would be $840 to fix. We keep getting runaround from service department to sales "its out of our hands". Completely different attitudes from when we purchased the vehicle with decent down payment, GAP coverage, Yates Advantage package. It is hard to get ahold of anyone apparently when you have issues that were there when you drove off the light. So the car is sitting at the ***** dealer, for a 25K car we bought, and stuck at home. Are they going to pay for the diagnostic? The repair? OH, but thanks for the snacks and gatorade, my kids appreciated it.

      Purchased a used car in December for a grandson who just turned 18 and graduate high school. Because the car had *********** modifications we decided to take an extended warranty which was strongly recommended by the dealer.brother So we did and paid $3500, After approximately 45 days when he had the vehicle, the engine started knocking. So we called the extended warranty company which stated that they had no record of his warranty, we then called the dealer, and they said all they forgot to process the papers. We then called the warranty company again, and they said because the car had modifications on it, they would not honor the warranty. so when we brought the car back to Yates, we were told by the service department and they would not work on this kind of a car with this modification so we had to take it someplace else which we did during this process which was kind enough to give us a rental car for my grandson wow. after much discussions with the each people, service manager and parts manager, I believe unbeknownst to us. They are no longer there and theres no record of the conversations that weve had with him about having a car repaired at a different facility. So they did or store they say they did reimburse us for the warrantee Rich were still waiting to see when the check clears. If it even went out Ive made two phone calls and nobodys called us back yet. We are stuck with an $8500 repair bill to repair this car as I mentioned previously the two people that we spoke with are no longer with the company at all they wanted something in black-and-white. Seeing that they wouldve they would fix the car well nobody committed to fixing the car in black-and-white but they committed verbally over the phone. Unfortunately we have no record because they are no longer with this dealership. It is also extremely hard to get in touch with anybody or if they even bother to answer you, they leave a lot to be desired.

      Dealerships always say "get ************ done by them because they use top rated technicians and parts". Well let me tell you about Yates Buick. We bought a 2011 Buick Regal new from Yates and continued to use their service department for all repairs and maintenance (oil changes, sensors, engine problems and transmission). With only 70k miles the transmission went. 15k miles later the transmission breaks again. Should a transmission purchased from the dealership only last 15k miles? I don't believe it should. With a price quote of $5,000 I began to seek warranty assistance. Well it was out of warranty due to the few years that went by. However, I work from home so I dont use the car but for weekend grocery trips. ** literally only 15K miles were put on this brand new transmission; only to break again! Called GM directly, they contacted the dealership and said they are willing to deduct $500. Wow! 10% off! I could have found a coupon that gave me that! My service rep was very helpful and gave me contact information of individuals there in the dealership who could help. After conversing with two individuals (***** and *****) they both told me they would call me back. A week later no reply. I continued to attempt to contact them several times during the week with no return call. Bottom line Yates Buick has poor quality parts, they don't stand behind their product and they have poor customer service (except for *******). Do not use their repair service or even buy a Buick in the first place. This would be the third transmission within ****** miles. ** not worth it. I will now tell everyone in my circle of family and friends about their horrible product and most of all customer service. Really guys, no call backs? There are definitely other car makers with better quality. My 2008 ***** Civic is still running with over ******* miles and never needed a new transmission. Now that is quality.

      I wish I would have done more research before buying a car here, I read a few ****** reviews and figured since this was such a big dealership that I would be in good hands. I was mistaken. I was a victim of a car accident in the beginning of May, I am a single mother with two kids and was in a hurry to get an affordable car. I went on Yates website found a car I liked went in and began the process with a sales member to purchase, You would think selling your soul to get a car from their company would be good enough reason to help me out but when I called in less than a month after purchasing stating I was experiencing issues, instead I was hit with the oh well you have a used car so its not on **. I dont know if I would say I was lucky that I was talked into purchasing the 3 year warranty but thankful I did because they are the ones assisting financially with my repairs. Sales will tell you anything when trying to make a sell, I was told how awesome the service department was and how customers are just so blessed to be able to have their cars serviced at GMC yates, that was a croc! I took my car on Thursday 6/15 to have front end tires looked at and was informed that it would probably be until the following week that they would even have my car looked at! Stuck without a car all weekend I had high hopes I would be called with an update on Monday but nope, I had to call and ask status on my car, Was told that parts needed to be ordered and it would be an additional ?? amount of days but that 3rd party would assist for 5 days with a rental. I get a call today being told that a part needed was backordered and would not be in their possession until 7/16 literally a month after giving them my car! & of course they are not helping me out in a way because I WAS THE ***** WHO BOUGHT A USED CAR! be advised especially if you are on a fixed income, these folks will take your money & forget all about you! 1st Car payment due 7/6 and I dont even have my car!

      HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! CAN'T GIVE ME NO STRAIGHT ANSWER WHAT SO EVER WHAT ARE YOU F****** GUYS GOOD FOR. MY TRUCK HAS BEEN SITTING ON THE LIFT AND NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE TO IT, ITS BEEN 3+ F****** WEEKS NOW AND I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND EVERYTIME. EVERYDAY IS A NEW EXCUSE WITH THESE PEOPLE. SO YOU'RE TELLING ME IT TAKES 3+ WEEKS FOR A DIAGNOSTIC?! WHAT A F****** JOKE.

      I got my engine replaced here, on a false time frame of repair that was given and a price. The whole time the services associate called and gave a false time of when the service would be done but kept adding things that needed to be repaired. Including a 172 point inspection but a price was never given, when asked for prices, the sale associate would make some smooth comment that he would take care of us. We were told it would take one week for all repairs to be done but it ended up take around two months. During all this we attempted to call the manager in the service department but got no call backs. We called the *** customer service line, this was a nightmare as well. The representative that was assigned to our case would get our information and say she will call us back once she spoke with the dealership, days later she would call back and ask what dealership we took our vehicles to and ask us for the information all over again. We got the vehicle back finally, when it came time to do an oil change we noticed that the undercarriage and a piece to the transmission (cap) was missing. We called the service associate 3 time with no response or follow up, when went in to the location to speak to him and he said hed order it and get back to me, its been 3 weeks now. This has been going on for over 4 months now. We paid over 12k when we were convinced wed be paying around 9k. Definitely will never recommend this service center. I tried to exhaust all avenues before coming here.

      so let me tell you what happened with me in this dealership and their Ghost cars. so we apply for a 2016 **** they ran the numbers we were approved and somehow the **** was taken to auction without anyone knowing so then they pointed us to another 2012 **** which wasn't on the lot either we ran the numbers I sat down and waited 2 hours to sign, I left my deposit and I was told that the **** was going to be to given to me two days after I signed which was a Wednesday. I originally was told that the vehicle needed an oil change and then two days later I was told the vehicle had electrical issues and then now today I was told that there was something wrong with the head of the vehicle so they wanted to unravel the deal but come to find out they were sending pictures to my wife for a new **** a 2018 and they were trying to put us in that **** anyone who buys a vehicle from this dealership beware they have no idea what the **** they're doing also they're so excited that they sold 250 vehicles in one month but the two vehicles they sold us weren't even on the lot. right now I'm searching attorneys if anyone knows of any attorney that I can talk with that I can I'm going to hold this company accountable for what they did they misrepresented the vehicle they bate and switched us and I'm sure there's other **** they did that I really can't pinpoint. **** YATES GMC!!! Never again. and if anybody reads this and gets deterred from buying a vehicle from then I'm glad I hope I can deter as many people as possible from buying any vehicles from this company ever again they are shady characters ******* ll, **** and ***** beware of all of them"
