"Went in a few months ago dropped car off in the morning with ***** for inspection, didn't hear back until I had to call in the early afternoon said they didn't look at it yet, I decided to go pick up my vehicle when I got to the shop, I could tell ***** was impaired by the way she was talking and I could smell alcohol on her breath when she was giving me attitude about picking up my vehicle and slurring to me that it wasn't her fault the techs were working on the owners car and could get to my jeep."
