      Date of transaction: Sep 1st 2023 Order# REMOVEDPaid in full via Zelle on 9/1/23 ($207.47)After several weeks, the company advised, they did not have the product in stock, and had no estimated date on when they would have the health supplements I had ordered. I requested a refund in writing. They acknowledged and agreed to refund my money in writing on Oct 12, 2023. To date they still have not refunded my money, and they refuse to answer their phone and I no longer receive responses via email. At this point all I want is my refund. Thank you.

      Placed an order on June 4th and paid for it same day. Showed received and paid for but they never shipped my order. Emailed and called every day, no response. No person to contact goes straight to voicemail they don't call back and don't respond to emails. Finally order showed tracking number yesterday but only label created. Not shipped.
