            I hired Arizona Propane to replace and install a propane gas line to run from the twin 100lb propane cylinders to the spa/pool heater on my property. In April when the AZ Propane crew came to complete the work I advised them that to watch for irrigation water lines that may be in the path of their excavation They completed the work and advised me that they did not come across any irrigation lines. A couple weeks later when the drip system ran(Once monthly/deep watering) a found water bubbling up and flooding the area where the gas line was place After shutting done the irrigation and allowing for the water to seep in the soil I dug to find the source and cause of the leak and found directly below the new gas line that the irrigation line to drip system was punctured in 2 places about 1.5inches apart, I have no doubt that this damage was caused by the crew when they dug and installed the new gas line.AZ propane has not responded to any emails asking to be refunded for the cost of repair

            My 125 gallon tank was completely empty. I called AZ propane to have propane delivered. Since it was empty, they said it would cost an additional $89 over the price of the actual propane to do a pressure/leak test. I agreed to pay for that extra charge. No indication that someone needed to be home, so when I returned home, I found that no propane was delivered. Since we use propane for cooking and partially for heating, I needed to get service asap. A service tech came out the next day , which was good followed by the bulk delivery of about 100 gallons. However, the service call was over $200 labor and $100 for a valve that can be purchased for $27 ***** plus another $80 for recertification of the tank since only my wife was home, she signed the invoice not knowing what was involved. I find this price gouging to be unscrupulous. I have used AZ propane for all 25 years I have lived in Fountain Hills, am enraged at this outrageous charge.
