My 125 gallon tank was completely empty. I called AZ propane to have propane delivered. Since it was empty, they said it would cost an additional $89 over the price of the actual propane to do a pressure/leak test. I agreed to pay for that extra charge. No indication that someone needed to be home, so when I returned home, I found that no propane was delivered. Since we use propane for cooking and partially for heating, I needed to get service asap. A service tech came out the next day , which was good followed by the bulk delivery of about 100 gallons. However, the service call was over $200 labor and $100 for a valve that can be purchased for $27 ***** plus another $80 for recertification of the tank since only my wife was home, she signed the invoice not knowing what was involved. I find this price gouging to be unscrupulous. I have used AZ propane for all 25 years I have lived in Fountain Hills, am enraged at this outrageous charge.Review from Bill D

Not a zero rating, so one star will do. *****, in Tucson office is reason I left. She is mean, rude, dismissive, and hateful. After three weeks of wanting their tank removed, she hung up phone on me twice. I want their tank removed from my property, which ***** had assured me would be done. ***** and their high prices are why I left. And, if they don't pick up their tank this week, I'll sell it as abandoned property. Stay away from AZ Propane in Tucson office. The manager, *****, is very difficult to discuss with. She simply hangs up the the phone on you . And, your tank will not be on my property next week if you don't pick it up this week. Enough is enough with ***** and this s*** show.
