      We were looking to buy a side by side and small ATV with this store. We spent quite a bit of time there, which is not unusual when making a purchase. The took our credit card for a down payment of $200.00, but when they came back they showed a receipt for $2800.00. We told them that was incorrect amount. He went back and voided the $2800.00 and reran it for $200.00. He gave us both receipts. Since we left the store another $2800.00 has been charged to that card and with a few phone calls and messages left noone seems to care to contact me . I have contacted my bank and also spoke with someone by the name of Gage at the store. They refuse to let me speak with a General Manager.

      I started my purchase November 2nd, 2022.As I am in a different state and this dealer is in ******* I reside in *****, I suppose they did not see myself as a priority, it took a week to purchase, documents were mailed to me the 9th of nov, they kept all the original documents without me being able to make copies because they did not have signatures of the bill of sale. which I do not have currently, and I have asked for.their shipping process, took well over their allotted time frame, I was told 1 week, got the bike after 3 weeks and still paid full price of the shipping.when the bike arrived it had safety issues I was concerned with and the dealer and said they would pay me back, they agreed to pay 340 in labor. this was december 13th, 2022, they have not done so as of yet as the stress I have dealt with, and dozens of phone calls and messages, and being ignored by this dealer I would like an outsider to help with the situation please.I need the Bill of sale, they have no clue where the title is located, and I would like more than the 340 due to the amount of stress I have had to deal with this company.

      I brought the bike I purchased from *************** to them for an oil change, rear tire and chain adjustment on 11/11/22. On 11/18/22, 1 week after they did the work on it, I was making a left turn into a parking spot and the chain comes loose and comes off the sprocket. This caused the bike to fall on me while I was turning and when it fell it broke my clutch handle, bent the shift lever, and I had noticed oil coming out of it. I proceeded to have the bike towed back into them to see if they could either help out or cover the damages as I don't believe that would have happened if they didn't work on it that week before. They told me there's nothing they could do and that the oil was coming from the crankcase being cracked which for the repairs they quoted me over $4000 to fix all because of this. I don't believe I should be the one paying to have this fixed. I am very upset as this could have been a much worse situation if the chain came off at a higher speed, I could have died if this were the case.

      I purchased a bike from ride now on - June 21 2022 - I financed through the bank they carring - I was only told I had two bike payments, one was for a 750 **** did you give me coffee on The other was for the bike which was ***** They didnt tell me that my down payment was apart of that money. When I called for the money remaining that I owed it was actually **** - I was promised that the parts would always come in fast. I ordered a new case cover for this bike and it took 3 months to arrive. Every week during that three months they promised next week it would be there. - I have voicemails for when they continue to promise for the part to arrive. - the bike completely wouldnt start so I took it into the service department. - when I first bought the bike I was promised I that everything was covered for the first 2 years. - after taking this bike in they tired charging me **** for finding the issue with the bike? Which is still unknown. I believe I was sold a bad bike and deserve for this situation to be resolved correctly I hope you guys are able to help me.

      I financed a bike from ride now, I was promised that from multiple employees that the parts for this bike wouldnt come in late. I also was lied to about the prices of the loan I was receiving. They told me the loan was for 7k and when I went to make my first payment it was actually for 10k. Then I was charged late fees due to not being given the right information. Then the bike brakes down and I have them look at it I was told I would have full insurance on this bike if there was anything wrong they it would be covered.

      On August 5th, 2022 traded in our ******************************* a 2019 ** Street Glide CVO from Ridenow Sturgis. On August 5th, 2022, my husband was given a loan with our first payment of $475.81 beginning on 09/04/2022.On September 2nd, 2022, we completed an online payment in the amount of $475.81 plus a $8.95 Service Fee. I have attached this confirmation email. Also on this date, I completed and mailed the Recurring Ach Payment Agreement for future payments. When speaking with ********************* on October 6th, 2022, we were told there is no record of this payment. Given our original purchase/trade-in paperwork was completed incorrectly, on September 21st, 2022 we signed new loan paperwork with the understanding the new paperwork would replace the old paperwork. On October 6th, 2022, we received another welcome call from ********************** Within this call, naturally, questions arose as we were not "new" customers. At this time we discovered, the loan opened when we purchased the bike on August 5th, 2022 was not replaced nor never closed. Instead, an additional loan was opened. To date, we continue to get **** communication, payment requests, phone calls, and emails regarding both loans. It has now been 82 days days from when we purchased the ** Street Glide CVO. We have informed RideNow we will not be making any additional payments until this matter is resolved as we are concerned that two loans exist for the same motorcycle and the payment we have made we are told there is no record of at *********************. We were notified last week that the payment to our previous loan company (the motorcycle we traded in) was not valid, despite us providing RideNow our title within 7 days of purchase. This means we are also still making payments on a motorcycle we no longer own. We are also receiving communication from them as we naturally dropped insurance on the bike we traded in.

      I purchased a new 2019 canam maverick on 03/22/2019.I purchased a 5 year maintenance plan for $1,157.00 for the canam.On 06/23/2021 I traded the canam for a polaris at this same store,at that time i was informed the maintenance plan would be canceled and get a refund by finance officer.for the 15 months i have been going to the store and ask them where is my refund,they keep giving me the run around,telling it's in the mail.made a phone call to the plan administrator on october 7,2022, i was informed the plan was cancelled on sept 2022 and a check was sent to the ****** office,on october 4 2022 received a phone call from sales manager they would send a check for $361.00.they still owe me 15months of pay approx. $347.00 due to there delay process to keep more of the money. Please help
