      I purchased a bike here. Unfortunately, the bike was unsafe to ride due to the suspension. They pick the bike up took it back refunded my credit card ****+ dollars. This is now showing up on my credit and I do not have a bike or any purchase from the store. ****** can see this as well, and keeps telling me to go to the store to get them to reverse the charge fully however, they have failed to do so. My next step is claims court for the amount owed plus pain and suffering.

      Somehow, when I ordered a part directly from ****** I ended up going through a 3rd party seller to this company. They sent me a part, the wrong part. It was not my fault; it was not their fault. It was the fault of the manufacturer believing that it was the right part. So, I needed to return the part. I HAVE TO NOW PAY for this part to be returned; they have to inspect it before they hand me a refund. Now, I had to pay for the shipping to my house; by the way, never wanted it shipped to my house, I wanted it shipped to a local shop SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR TRACKED SHIPPING BACK. NONE of this is my fault, but I am going to be out $50 for their s**** up.

      We purchased a New Sea doo boat for ****** March 2023. First, the company did not honor the sale price of the boat that they had advertised for. We had the boat for 2 weeks and took it to the lake 3 times. The first time we took it out, we got it on the water, and the battery was dead evidently due to electrical issues with the boat that we were not told about. The second time we took it out, it ran ok, and we were able to get the boat speed up to 18 mph. One evening, I was outside, and something on the boat was running and almost drained the battery again. **** now told ** that the radio turns on by itself. They know this is an issue. They charged ** to fix a known issue. The third time we took it to the lake, we could not get the speed over 7-8mph. This boat is supposed to do at least 25mph. We took it to the ride now power sport because of all the issues we were having, and they had the boat for over 1 month. My husband did get a rock in the propeller due to not having power on the boat to get ** away from a beach area. I am furious that we were charged for certain things to be fixed on the boat, for example, almost ****** for a lake test and a few other charges that we were charged. They charged for warranty issues. At most, we should only be charged $454,46. We paid *******. We took the boat ot today 5-6-23 and with four adults on the boat, we still could only go 14mph. Most of the time, it was still running at 9 mph. We should not be having issues with a brand new boat. I do have a video of when the boat turned on by itself. I have a video of the speeds we are getting from our first boat ride since getting it back from RideNow. We have text messages saying they won't be charging ** for items they did charge ** for. We were charged $1200.00 on some issues that should have been on warranty. I believe this boat is a lemon. I believe that we should be able to get out of this boat and into one that actually works properly. I certainly believe we should get some of the money refunded when we took the boat back to RideNow Powersports ******. For some reason when I select ****** it keeps using the address in *****.

      It is our understanding that the customer has had conversations with our store about the billing of services. We do show that a refund should have been issued for a battery switch. We are currently discussing the customers speed issues with the manufacture of their boat as to what may be causing it to not reach top speed.

      I purchased a 2016 Polaris ranger in March of 2022 from the ride now in ***** **, since Ive bought it its been in the shop for issues that should have been fixed prior to buying it, I have warranty on the bike and the location will not accept the warranty I purchased through them,

      We have explained to our customer that in order to diagnose his vehicle for potential damages and attempt to submit any claim to his warranty provider on his behalf, we need his authorization to take components of his vehicle apart. The dealership does take a fully refundable deposit to perform this inspection. If there is sufficient damage covered by his warranty provider, all funds will be returned to him. If there is insufficient damage found or his claim is denied, this deposit is used to pay for the time the technician spent evaluating his vehicle. Our customer has denied our request to conduct an inspection.

      We have already fully covered our customers last claim of repairs needed as a goodwill gesture in August of 2022, but advised at that time all future issues would be his responsibility.

      On 1/19/23, I sold my 2022 *************** FLT to Chandler *************** where I had purchased it in June of 2022. After signing all of the documents I was advised that I would receive a a check from Ride Now for the cancellation of my extended warranty and prepaid maintenance and that the check would arrive within 3 weeks. As of 4/18/23, I still have not received the check. I have gone in person to Chandler *************** twice, they advised me that they did the paperwork on their end and I would need to contact Ride Now. I called the number I was given ************ and was transferred to the corporate office. I was unable to speak to anyone at the corporate office and left a message which was not returned. At this time I am requesting my refund plus interest in the amount of $4,000.

      In March of ****************************************************************** March of 2023 the bike was totaled. I contacted the dealer to cancel the service contract and be refunded the prorated amount. I emailed all documents requested on March 24, 2023 and asked I receive a confirmation that it was received. I didnt hear anything. I called 6 separate times between April 4, 2023 and April 8, 2023 and each time I have been told someone will call me. I have not heard from anyone. I again sent the documents via email on April 11, 2023 and asked for confirmation that they were received. Again I have not heard from anyone. I want my refund due to me. The loan has since been paid off so the refund needs to be sent to me directly. Also I notified RideNow about my name and address change so I will expect the check to arrive promptly!!!

      Sunday april 2nd, 2023 We were in ** looking at bikes with our son in law an daughter. We went to **************** who is owned by ride now. We wanted to ** sign for a bike. Do the first location said our bike is worth ****. An they stated it on paper which they wouldnt give us to take. So we went to the suprise location to see what they have. So we found a bike. The gaurunteed us verbally an shook hands with prices saying 6 grand for our trade an finance 165 to 167 a month for 3 years since they ran our credit 2 times the previous day, then we leave that night an let our daughter an her fiance **me back in the next day to find out everything they stated an shook on was a lie, changed the totals without telling us re ran our credit for the third time an treated our daughter an son in law like garbage. Both manager an salesman were disrespectful an we over heard everything over the phone on speaker. The salesman said the bike has been sitting on the floor for at least a year. We were cleared for ****** for ** siging but that is shady as h*** The manager or salesmen will not budge on a warranty or the new amount they tryied to change it too an thats wrong!!!!!! The amount promised was 167 a month for 3 years an 6 grand for the bike. I will be **ntacting the ceo of this **mpany as well. This is not how you run a business an this will be posted on social media platforms as well.

I have already sent a email letting bbb know that we are good on the complaint an it is no longer needed as the problem was fixed an sale has been complete. Finance manager took good care of us an walked us thru each step an took care of my kids.

      I bought a Can Am from a private party and went to the dealership to get some warranty work done and get the warranty transferred. The manager told me it would be $40 and had to be cash and since Ive done so much business with them in the past I didnt think twice. I have sold the unit to another person and told them the warranty is easy to transfer if they go to the dealership. I received a call from the new owner and they said theres no warranty per the manager. I spoke to the manager and he claims the warranty was canceled by the 1st owner. The manager is telling me its not his problem. Its several thousand dollars that Im missing now and want a my money returned.

      Purchased a brand new 2021 Can Am ***** 900 from them.The bike has been back to them for 3 times for the same issue under warranty repair.The bike has been in their possession for the same repair again since October 15,2022.I have made 6 payments on the bike and not able to ride it or use it.The dealer has no parts to make the repairs or no date set for the repair.I would like a replacement bike of the same value or a refund for this one.

      False advertising. They list a trailer for ******* plus taxes and license but when I go to pay for it they tell me it is only a base price but nowhere in the add does it say that and they **** the price up to *******. The add was on Craiglist ******* post ID # **********. I think they should have some kind of **** against them for others to know about their bad practice and false advertising. I have pictures of the full add if they take it down .
