      2 of them not working properly and still waiting for to check if its in warranty according to you customer service person. Can't believe I have to go through this even when I hot this less then 1 week ago.

      Im so happy with my blinds. The quality and the customer service are excellent. Im a repeat customer and I wouldnt hesitate to order again.

      The blinds are fine, no quality defects and installed quite easily. The quality looks to be mediocre at best. I was quickly able to see the future failure points of the vertical door blinds we purchased. Although this was my first time purchasing from Select Blinds it will most likely be my last. I have never paid so much money for so little product. Shop around, there are other options that are same quality, but less expensive.

      Ordered my blinds on 9/15. Order states that production would be completed on 9/21 and I paid for 2 day shipping. Got notice that blinds were completed on 9/23 and have still not received them as of 9/29. Called customer service was informed they are sitting in customs and I should have them by the end of October.So the estimated arrival wizard is wrong: https://www.selectblinds.com/free-shipping.html The date is not after production is completed, it is after it clears customs which can take 2 weeks.

      I tried to get the sizes changed and it didnt happen. That caused me to create space between the drywall and blinds or force the blinds into the opening.They only sent one s**** per mount which caused me to buy more.They only offered certain colors which caused me to select different styles and other colors.Should have went somewhere else.
