  The blinds are beautifulhowever:One of two remote/ transmitters doesnt work at all. One of the 4 motorized solar shades stops/starts not a smooth action but eventually moves down the distance.Difficult to get to speak to a real person.Easier to live with the one shade and transmitter issues. At a 40%+ discount balance paid still over $1600. **************** accessibility could improve.

  Great blinds! Only problem I have is that the blinds do not fully cover the window (there's a really small but annoying gap between the end of the blind and the left frame where the drawstring is) so I'll have to buy curtains to cover them up.

  So far, mostly ok. One blind came without one of the cord anchors and one came without one of the long mounting screws. A side mount option would be good for some circumstances. I could have made my own side mount for arched windows, but elected to install a horizontal mounting board across the top of the window instead.One complaint that I have is that one has to pull the cords an unusually far distance or greater than a normally expected angle to vertical to get the locking mechanism to engage. I'm comparing this to my experience with other blinds that required only a small angle offset of the cord to engage the cord lock.

  The blinds arrived safely packed and undamaged. They were made of quality material and with precision. They function beautifully. I appreciated the extra confidence and expert advice i gained by working out the order with one of the design consultants, ***. And of this at a price that beat clearly lesser competitors. i have only good things to say about Select.
