      Warning: Terrible Quality and ***************************** Avoid at All Costs!I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this online store, and I feel compelled to share it with others to spare them from the same nightmare. The product I received was nothing short of a disaster. The material used was of such poor quality that it felt like it would disintegrate at the slightest touch. To make matters worse, there was a glaring seam running right through the product, making it look like a rushed and haphazardly assembled mess.But the horror didn't end there. When I reached out to their customer service, hoping for some assistance or perhaps even a glimmer of empathy, I was met with the epitome of indifference. I provided clear pictures of the subpar product I had received, hoping they would acknowledge their mistake and take appropriate action. Instead, they had the audacity to call it a "policy" to have such glaring defects like a sticking seam or two pieces awkwardly glued together. Apparently, their commitment to terrible quality is part of their company ethos.What's even more infuriating is that they have the gall to tout their non-existent return policy. Once you've fallen victim to their shoddy products, you're apparently **************. It's as if they take pride in providing substandard merchandise and then leaving their customers in the lurch.So, let my frustrating experience serve as a warning: do not waste your time, money, or sanity on this abysmal excuse for an online store. Their products are an insult to your hard-earned money, and their customer service is a masterclass in apathy. Spare yourself the headache and heartache look elsewhere for quality products and genuine customer care. Your wallet and peace of mind will thank you.

      Hello ****,I apologize because you had a negative experience with us due to your Classic Vinyl Blackout Roller Shades not arriving in the top quality you expected. Our goal is to provide a positive user experience, so any feedback given is greatly appreciated. We are always looking at ways to provide a better experience and better customer service. My job is to make sure our customers are given 5-star service and that any mistakes made on our end are made right for you. It does state on the product specifications page that Shades over 73" wide and over 60" in height will have a horizontal seam. Seam is placed as high as possible on shade so, in most cases, it remains hidden.My name is *****, and I am SelectBlinds brand ambassador.
