3 starsI was disappointed that one set of blinds didn't come with handles and I had to call to get them. We ordered top down bottom up. It is very difficult to pull them up or down with just one handle for the top and one for the bottom. EIther make these handles wider and easier to grab or provide four for each blind. It is frustrating when the blind is crooked. As much as we like this type of blind, if the handle portion doesn't improve we won't purchase them again from your company.Review fromAnna R
